[Resolved]  Magic Holidays — Fraud committed by Magic Holiday

I was called at Shalimar Bagh office that free Trip for 2N/3D has been awarded to me out of many coupon distributed earlier. When i went there, Mr. Sandeep Singh Gusain took my 2 hours for showing their plan of Rs. 1, 57, 500/- which was for 25 years. After many discussion, i shown my inability to take such plan. Then, He offered me, another small plan as given below: 1. Plan Amount of Rs. 30, 000/- for 5 years (4N/5D per year till 5 years) 2. Same may be paid through my Credit Card in 24 installment. The overburden of interest above 30, 000, shall be reimbursed by the company on showing of Credit Card Statement of EMI charges. 3. 2 movie ticket per month for first 12 months. With this plan i paid Rs. 30, 000 via my credit card on Dec. 2013. Frauds made by Company: 1. Documents were sent on Jan. 14 mentioning wrong mobile no. It was not as per the form filled by me at the time of signing of plan and make payment. Also plan was different. I send many E-mail to Mr. Sandeep Singh Gusain, asking for Interest money of Rs. 5, 200/- and Movie tickets.No reply received and even no calls were picked. 2. Confirmation called was made to me from Mumbai office, during the talking, i convey to them that my plan was for 5 years of Rs. 30, 000/- and all other things. 3. When i visited shalimar office, they told me that Mr. Sandeep Singh Gusain has resigned from the company and it is not company, it is only he who had committed the fraud with me and they cannot refund my money. 4. Now, the company is suggesting another plan of Rs. 50, 000/- for 5 years and for this i have to submit Rs. 20, 000/- further. 5. They also told me that no movie ticket shall be provided.
