[Resolved]  Magic Holidays — miss guided by travel desk at alleppey and no help from reception counter

SIR / MADAM With reference to the subject we hereby submitting my complain about my bad experience at alleppey as we did not get any help from the reception counter when we asked for any railway booking counter because we did not have any knowledge about railway station and even they did not ready to say about the railway satiation situated at alleppey. And your travel desk was also miss guided us regarding local site scene at alleppey that nothing to see at alleppey and around and better go for kocchi and we were travel for kocchi but we did not see anything at kocchi because all the historical places were closed as the car driver brought us there after 4:30 evening and charged Rs.3000/- Sir here we like to say that if nothing is to see at alleppey why did you built a big hotel there and if something is there to see surrounding that area why your travel desk is not guiding properly Sir here we also like to put a complain regarding your reception counter because when we had been asking about the railway reservation for my destination they even did not say about railway reservation counter at alleppey railway station as because we did not have knowledge about railway station Sir it was my first experience of hotel booking from your group and being a member of your group we should have better reception and good guidance from your hotels but it was a bitter experience for me at alleppey so hereby producing my complain and the action regarding the matter to be taken by the administration please let me know.

They are wort in it I too have raised the issues and mailed several follow ups but to no avail, they cheated me and I feel like hell
