This is really frustrated that i am using your application, which is not working at all.
below are the few issue
1.Rider are not available to deliver this order right now, Please try after some time:- in this i trying whole day but getting same issue.
2. Order closed :- in this when i call the shop they are saying we are open but Magic pin not provide delivery.

Kindly advise why i should use your application....

I made an order on wow momo in sector 22 gurugram using magicpin. My money got deducted from bank account but it shows processing payment from an hour. I also don't get refund till now.

I called Mansarovar Kamothe no[protected] mentioned on the site
they took 4900 for the purchase of beer and wine and also asking me to scan some barcode which i denied and now they person not taking my call and blocked me.
Do you check the nos if they are genuine.

I have a complaint for delivery boy whose name is arshad Mohd mobile number [protected] order 3369241 has picked up order but shown in my restaurant 🆔

We ordered from magicpin at around 9:30 but it hadn't received as it's 11:15 . We asked from Fasoos and they told that they had handed over the order to magicpin it's issue of them . Coupoon code - RF[protected] was given instead of a refund or delivery. Thank you

I have ordered hammer solo earbuds from your app but didn't received confirmation mail or message regarding the same but money debited from account. If possible please return money or deliver product.

We are Pentaafood Hub Pvt Ltd, Address Shop no 11, Saflta Apratment Near Siv Mandir Anand Nagar Dahisar East Mumbai one of the executive from Magicpin Name ( Pramod Kotian ) Mobile no [protected]. he misguide us for onboarding on magicpin . he was not informed use that the revenue sharing will be 60% Magic pin and 40% our. he told me that there will be no charges or revenue sharing for the order which will be received from magic pin, al he have taken onboarding charges amount rs. 2232 online transfer and also took cheque rs.2232/- when we are asked that why the amount we are receiving less he told the 60% is our and 40% is yours, this is true unfair with us. why he have missed guide . i have called him and told that why you have done this and revised the charges he said it is not possible, and " jao jo karna hai kar lo " I have told him I will do the FRI against you he told me koi frak nai padta, clearing he cheated us

Today I tried to buy Flipkart voucher and I make payment of 450 by Mobikwki American Express Card. In Card transaction history its show payment successfully amount deducted but in magicpin is showing that payment dropped. Please resolve my problem, and return my money.

I have ordered through magicpin, payment was done two times but i havent recieved my food and my order was not accepted...
plzzz refund my money asap.

Magicpin fraud company. This overall Cheated my 3rd year almost Complete but this didn't achieved my target. No body talk. Who is owner this fraud company. Please shutdown this company.

On 11 Feb 2021, I ordered from Magicpin from Chizzlers restaurant is near to my office my order id is 1996324, and then the order not received to me so I reported an issue to Magicpin now Magicpin is saying that their delivery boy delivered the order to me but the fact is I haven't received any order and now they are showing order successfully delivered.

Please help to get my money back.

I had ordered food from a place called laasi and bites on order of ruppees 209 and the order was cancelled due to there was no delivery service and magic pin shows amount refunded but I haven't received it yet I tried to contact customer care several time but no response

The Above URL is the profile of mine is visible when I search my Name in Google. I need to Block Immediately the Profile in the Google search I have also changed the Profile picture and also Profile Name which has not changed in this URL Kindly look to this and remove the Content ASAP

I placed a grocery order. The amount got deducted from my account and then the application got stuck.
Then it was showing a blank screen.
Then I again restarted the app and I was not able to see my order.

I bought two flipkart voucher from magicpin but because of technical problem they both are not provided. I have proof that I paid them both time for that voucher and they only provide one time refund and anther refund for second transaction is not giving and not responding for my complaint with customer care.
