Amount deducted from bank account but not received to restaurant

I visit woods villa restaurant Erandwane, Pune on Sunday 27 dec 2020 at 2:41pm, and paid using Magicpin app, while paying I used google pay UPI id which is showing success message but in magic pin app it won't show anything, later around 30 min I got magicpin notification stating that transaction was successful so I again visit the woods villa and personally check their magicpin business account and there is not any entry with my name.br...

        They says refund is initiated but I didn't received

        I ordered from magicpin on 7 December from restaurant (bukkad junction)which accept magicpin pay.when I proceed further for payment money was deducted from my paytm account and order didn't placed on magicpin .
        I complained about this on magic pin.they say money will be transferred within 5-7 days .
        after this I complained on paytm that "payment is initiated by merchant but didn't received" they asked me to contact Magicpin...

                    They tell they have refunded the cancelled orders' voucher amount as the items that were ought to be purchased were out of stock of Rs 248.30 to the issuing source google pay but it's been more than a week but still amount hasn't been received..
                    I have emailed sent feedback but their reply is they have refunded to the original payment source but till date amount not yet refunded and they also tell to contact our bank but why it's delayed it should reflect within a week and be refunded right
                    They are delaying and it's our hard earned money, now we want our refund.
                    And solve this issue rightly

                      Magic pin app doesnt allow me to delete my images from app as well as from google and this harms my privacy.

                      Magicpin app has no option to delete my pics.

                      Magicpin allow to delete my account but retains my pics..

                      No contact to call upon

                      I'm disturbed as anyone can download and harm my family considering my present role.

                              Order status showing delivered but I did not got the order

                              So on 6th of oct 2020 I order two order from magicpin..one for delivery and one for pick up..What happens next is delivery boy got assigned and he takes the both order from the shop and ran away ..after 10-15minutes when I didn't receive the order I call him and he didn't pick up the call then suddenly what happens he show's the order status as delivered..I ran to my doorstep and see that is he leaved the packet but I couldn't found anything..Then...
