Hello,

On 11 Feb 2021, I ordered from Magicpin from Chizzlers restaurant is near to my office my order id is 1996324, and then the order not received to me so I reported an issue to Magicpin now Magicpin is saying that their delivery boy delivered the order to me but the fact is I haven't received any order and now they are showing order successfully delivered.

Please help to get my money back.

I Recently Bought PVR CINEMAS Vochure Worth Rs.1000 and when I tried to Utilizing it in the PVR CINEMAS app its showing Vochure Code is invalid and later when I Opened the magicpin app its showing that the vochure is Already Redeemed. So Please Kindly Look at my issue and Refund my amount.

I have proof that I paid them both time for that voucher and they only provide one time refund and anther refund for second transaction is not giving and not responding for my complaint with customer care.

I visit woods villa restaurant Erandwane, Pune on Sunday 27 dec 2020 at 2:41pm, and paid using Magicpin app, while paying I used google pay UPI id which is showing success message but in magic pin app it won't show anything, later around 30 min I got magicpin notification stating that transaction was successful so I again visit the woods villa and personally check their magicpin business account and there is not any entry with my name.

So he denied to give me back my money as he don't received it from magicpin, he said he will refund me if he got message but till now I haven't received my money even after dropping email to magic pin.

I visited kabuliwala and paid using magicpay but the order wasn't received but it was debited from my bank account. It showed successful too. I to reduce harassment again ordered using magicpin self pickup. I have lost rs 141. Please see into this.

They tell they have refunded the cancelled orders' voucher amount as the items that were ought to be purchased were out of stock of Rs 248.30 to the issuing source google pay but it's been more than a week but still amount hasn't been received..
I have emailed sent feedback but their reply is they have refunded to the original payment source but till date amount not yet refunded and they also tell to contact our bank but why it's delayed it should reflect within a week and be refunded right
They are delaying and it's our hard earned money, now we want our refund.
And solve this issue rightly
