I have purchased vouchers of florence fashion rohtak from my account and piaf through sbi net banking the money got decudted 2 times and the voucher still not purchased on 10 th january and now its 13 days since that transaction money still has not been refunded when i contacted magicpin they say me that it's will be credited in 5 days and from 17 th of january i m daily putting a mail to them they are not responding

I am using magicpin since from 2 - 3 months. Using this app was awesome and it is good app. But since i sent referral to my friends i got only coins and the amazon voucher coupon codes were invalid. Many of the vouchers were invaild and do please send valid coupons code for redeeming purpose. So i kindly resolve the issue because i have lost more that 4 vouchers.

Amount deducted from my bank account while paying via magicpay

I have done payment today from Maharashtra bank debit card on magicpin for merchant Amazon via magicpay.
Amount (RS 712.50) was deducted from account but not showing on magicpin. Then again done with union bank debit card then it was successful but i haven't received any refund of that transaction which is not showing.

I purchased a voucher around 14 days back but due to some technical glitch money was deducted from my account but was unable to purchased the voucher and i received a msg claiming that amount will be refunded within 7 working days. I did a transaction for flipkart voucher (500) and the voucher is not yet received in message either it is not showing up in the app. The transaction is done through freecharge and the payment is successful in freecharge. I purchased flipkart voucher worth Rs.1000 from magicpin and after adding in the flipkart account it got deactivated on the same day.

Flipkart is telling to contact magicpin and there is no response from magicpin since one month.

I am in contact with flipkart from last month and they are saying that it is deactivated from vendor side.

I bought a voucher of green trends, bel road with code vrg24met. I bought on nov3 and emailed on same day for refund. I requested for refund as i didn't redeemedit. It is refundable voucher. But magicpin is refunding points even after several emails. There is no customer care number. Magic pin is dubious it seems and fooling the consumers by not respecting their t&c.

Please help in getting refund for unutilized voucher as per magicpin t&c. Also keep watching magic pin to prevent duping consumers.

For many days i am following up regarding this issue.

As the voucher bought from you is added to my flipkart account, but sometime later, the flipkart account has been blocked.

After many days of follow-up from flipkart, they said that i have to contact the original buyer which is you.

They said the following

Please contact the original buyer of this gift card so they can help you out with the refund after deactivating the gift card or reset the pin so that you can use the same in a different account.

Two days ago i have seen that many people bought a voucher from you ssflipkart500 using this code since this was an error you have blocked the voucher so that it cant be used.

What i am asking is either reset the pin and give me a new pin so that i can use it else refund by blocking the gift card.

Please resolve it as soon as possible, it stretching so long and giving a bad impact on both flipkart and magic pin, for not sorting this small issue.

I have made the payment of amount of rs. 2570 on 9th nov, 19 on beercafe, sector-15, gurgaon instead of beercafe cyberhub, gurgaon. Regarding that i have issued a mail to the magicpin, and i have received a call that your payment would be returned/refunded back to my account. But later on when i tried asking magicpin team, they refused to pay me back the amount. I feel very frustrated that magicpin cannot solve such a small issue even after writing so much to you.
I request you to please look into the matter and help me out with the payment.

Magic pin opened a account on my name and when i took over my business saying it's my business they ask to invest to get customer and also they tell customers are complaining that i m not accepting their vouchers but i never got a customer who came to me. It's a fraud website. Why are you complaining that i did not respond it's your duty to provide customer and guide them to come with appointments

I tried to buy a flipkart voucher worth rs.1000 using amazon pay balance in magicpin.in.
The amount got deducted but i didn't receive any voucher.

This is so harassing that such online sites exist.
I expect either the valid flipkart voucher or my amazon pay balance to be recredited back to my amazon account.

Please help me. I purchased amazon gift voucher but they didn't send me gift card. Please reply mei purchased amazon gift voucher worth 100rs but it takes me to group buy. I purchased a voucher for bookmyshow, when i entered this code on bookmyshow it's not working. Then i tried to refund my voucher. But its show this voucher already redeemed. So it's not refund. I send a mail on of magicpin. But no response. Refund my voucher money. I am trying to customer care by phone but no connection become.. I purchased a voucher of bookmyshow from magicpin on this friday i. E 5th of september 2019. I clicked on redeem it and copied the voucher code. When i entered it in bookmyshow it said the voucher is invalid. I tried several times but it failed. Then i submitted a complaint from the option helpdesk and was told that you will recieve the response within 24 hours. It has already been 2 days. There is no email nothing. Atleast be a little responsible towards your customers and solve my problem
