I purchased amzon 150*5 voucher and i paid 750 through paytm upi but they me and send only one 150 voucher i tried to all that help option to connect him but they no give me any repaly i sent dally emails this app is very fraud and they doing big scam please stop them otherwise many user problem i paid full amount today 4 days complete but they no give me replay also this customer service is wrost please some strike action against them i lost my hard earned money...

I have a outlet in dombivli named jagdish fast food i had paid 52000 to magicpin for which i was promised 6.5 x business in 6 month and was also promised for area sales manager would help in getting the said business but till date no body has contacted us nor am i getting business please do the needful to get refund of my hard earned money at your earliest convenience...

On 22nd of august 2019 i was trying to buy bookmyshow voucher worth 350rs on magicpin payment mode olapostpaid. The transaction got cancelled. No voucher generated. After 2 days i foind on ola app that amount is debited for this transaction. I wrote a complaint to magicpinpin care. Response came immediately asking transaction id and few other details. I provided. Acknowledgement came in no time stating agent will contact me in 2 hours. Now its been more than 72hours. Nobody contacted me. Money might be any small or big amount why magicpin is doing such a fraud. I even have complaint ticket no 689307. Nobody is responding to mails. Atleast they could generare voucher now. Or reverse transaction but no.. Nobody has cared to respond.

I had bought prepaid vodafone mobile recharge of rupees 65. You deducted the money from my account but recharge got failed. I received a failure confirmation message from your side as well for. I have messaged you using your app too but no one responded till date... Why is this, when will you revert my money back answer me..

I try to buy a voucher of 500 rs and 250rs deduct from my account I mailed lots time to customer for refund money..starting they reply but now they haven't rply any mail. they cheat with me lots of time like this..are isme aur kiya likho they are not posted my comment..really yea ek cheat company he ..they cheated with me lots.kiya karu ab koi reply dete hi nhi..can I give police complain..please suggest me all.

I recently on 08/08/19 ordered a flipkart gift card via magicpin but the gift card which was provides to me was already used by other and i have lodged a complaint to magic pin but till now no resolution has been given to me. My first experience is totally bad and i think that i have lost mine 1000 rs just to save some rs. My order id flipkart redemption process 661405 and txn id is 9079876. I have my fingers crossed hoping for the best from their coustmer site but i don't reccomend to use magicpin... I have also attached the pic hope that my problem is resolved.

I have purchased a magic pin book my show voucher on 31st may 2019. It shows voucher invalid. Voucher cost 350. Status its showing unable to redeem. Half price also deducted from my account and half from my magicpin wallet. When i tried to use the voucher it shown voucher is invalid. Please refund my money as soon as possible or else give me another valid bookmyshow voucher of 350 rupees. Please resolve this issue.

Took assured business package from magicpin.com as it's startup company i thought " itana confidence se bol rahe hai assured business means surly will get that,
I have paid 14, 500 rs to magicpin and in that they have committed me assured business of 75, 000 in 6 months to your cafe
After 5 months they have given only 25% of business and after that they said don't worry sir will cover this in last month will promote your resutaurant and u will get 100% business and after ending of 6 months they reach to just 30% of business
They ask me for extension and will give u business after extension also no businesses
Daily i have to msg them on what's app then they will reply to me yes sir we are working on it will get back to you, but they never get back to me... Totally fake company and even fake commitments given by them
I have all the proof of their partner whats app group chat as how they ignore me
In that group from sales executive to sales manager is there but top to bottom every one is same... Don't know about founder how they are need to talk with anshoo sharma and brij sharma who are the founder... Please check that in your absence what your team is doing
Not a single feedback call from your backend team... Backend team hai ki nahi vohi saval hai... As i ask for refund for my 14, 500 in that minus the % of amount which business you delivered and rest refund to me but they said will give the amount back... It is for sure that magicpin playing with people money and cheating with them..

Bookmy show accept only 10 digit bookmyshow vocuher. And this is give me 11 digit. Have not used in any of the transactions. When i try to use the voucher it shows voucher is invalid. I brought bookmyshow voucher of 350 at rupees 262/- which expires on 3rd of August.. on 1st august when i was trying to redeem the same book my show app was not able send me OTP on my register mobile number. after trying for a quite long time I tried to raise a request for refund in magic pins but in there voucher was showing redeemed.. which i didn’t do.. i want my refund back

I had purchased a bookmyshow voucher of 350 for rs262.50 using my card. But the transaction failed and amount was deducted from my account. I did this twice hoping there would be some problem. A sum of total rs 525 has been deducted from my account. I wrote an email to them and waited for more than 1 week nearly. But my money is not yet credited. There is no action taken.

Magicpin is fraud. I want to take legal step against magicpin. I have prove of their fraud activity. I have purchased 250 rs amazon gift card from magicpin via freecharge. The payment was successful. Amount deducted from my bank account but i did not receive any amazon gift card. I have paid 237.5 rs via freecharge for 250 rs amazon gift card. I will wait 48 hours. If don't receive my 237.5 rs in original payment method magicpin will gone from the world. I will go to supreme court.

I have two issues
I purchased flipkart 500rs voucher on 20th of july. It is not showing me the pin for redeeming in flipkart.
Secondly on 21st july i purchased 500rs amazon (250+150+100) but i have recieved only rs 250 voucher. Here is my upi transaction msg (Rs.475.00 sent to [protected]@ybl from your paytm payments bank a/c 91xx4428. Upi ref:[protected].) i am attaching the 475 paid to magicpin from phonpe. I paid 475 from phonepe and 25 from magicpin points.. My magicpin phone number is [protected]

Yesterday (19 july 2019) approximately at 6pm i done a transaction on magicpin mobile app to purchase modecule deal using paytm vollat and transation got failed but amount deducted.
I tried two time but every time transaction got failed and amount deducted.
Transation amount for both transactions was 1443 and 360.75.

Kindly refund my both transaction amount.

I tried purchasing beyond beauty voucher of 500. But during purchase, money got deducted from my account two times. Once from paytm (Rs 125) and once from google pay (Rs 125). The voucher failed saying contact customer care if money got deducted. But i can't contact customer care number and total 250 rs got deducted from me. Please refund the money in my respective accounts immediately.

I had bought voucher from magicpin mobile app fo 200 which i can use at their partner name gift gallery kalyan however when i went to their partner to use the given voucher, the transaction was completed and amount hot deducted from bank account but magicpin voucher was not received. Bank account was debited but voucher was not received. Kindly refund the amount excessive deducted.

Please take necessary action to helm me resolve my query.

I tried to buy flipkart gift voucher of rs 300 /- from magicpin through amazon wallet.. After magicpin wallet discount i have to pay 285 /- through amazon wallet.. My money got deducted from amazon wallet but i didnt recieved my flipkart gift voucher.. This is the second time issue had happened!.
