Today i tried to buy flipkart gift voucher worth rs 300/- from magic and i made a payment through amazon pay wallet worth rs 285/- as i was getting 15 /- disc from magic so my payment amount was 285/- .. my money got deducted from amazon pay wallet but i didnt recieved flipkart gift voucher and this transaction is also not showing in magic pin account !! .. please help me

I had transacted with 'magicpay' option of magicpin on 30th may 2019 at Kharadi, Pune restaurant 'The Beer Club' but the payment was not realised at the merchent's end. Hence I had to pay through credit card to clear the payment. Upon contacting customer care of magin pin they told me that required amount deducted from my account will be refunded back to me within 6 days.But, the same has not happened even after 15 days of the incident. Even after following up several times with the customer care, they are unable to give a resolution.

I hd bought 2vouchers from magicpin mobile app for 1000 and 500 each which i can use at their partner name neelam-e-punjab however when i went to their partner to use the given voucher they denied me stating they are not partnered with magicpin. Basis that i cancelled my voucher and as per magicpin promise vouche amount should get refund within 6-7 days. I got refund of 900 and 450 for my voucher which was paid from magicpin wallet however the amount which was paid by using my card is yet not received.

I have also sent them written complaint about this issue however their customer service representative sent me same auto reply without going through with the query.

Even when today is 31st may and transaction was done on 10th may they are giving me reply that refund would take 6-7 days i don't know from which date this 6-7 days will get start.

Please check attached screenshot from their app which clearly gives and idea.

Please take necessary action to helm me resolve my query.

Whenever I am searching for my name in Google it's showing my pictures which were taken during magicpin claims.I had requested magicpin to remove my pictures but still it's not actioned.Hope magicpin understands that they can not make anyone's picture public and. That too without their permission.My name is sweety Soni And I want magic pin to remove my pictures asap.

My registered number is [protected]. Transection was done on 17 may 2019. I paid my mobile bill number [protected] or 200 rs. I made a transection which was failed but my money got deducted from paytm or ₹100. And i got notification and message from your side but my issue is that transection isn't showing in my account and i don't know if you guys are working on my refund or not. Paytm says that they have successful payment from there side hence if there was an issue magic pin needs to send me mail with all the details.

I have purchased vouchers of local vendor to which he declined accepting, i am complaining magicpin from past 1 week these people just take the money and just dont return. I dont want to use their wallet points or anything, just want to complaint it further. Kindly guide how i can?

I was using magicpin some months ago and some photos of min i posted on it. Whenever someone search my name on google or any other search engine, my magicpin photos displays on it. I am so disappointed with these photos that how can magicpin can't keep privacy about the photos. I kept all my photos on magicpin seen to only me but still those photos are visible on google. I want to delete then permanently. My name is kavith morigolla. I hope magicpin customer care will look into it. And if you can't then i have to take some serious actions. I don't want these photos sharing publicly.

I have paid 500 for bookmyshow voucher 250 from magicpin wallet and 250 from my bank account via UPI from paytm and amount got deducted and i havn't received any voucher code kindly return my amount either in paytm or bank account

I have purchased a coupon of book myshow from magicpin worth rs.350. When i apply this coupon it shows invalid coupon. I have registered my problem to magicpin. They said it will be solved within 24 hours. But it has been a week i got no response from them. I want my money back as soon as possible. My bookmyshow voucher number : 8ce6kyftkq. I have paid rupees 175 from my paytm and 175 from the magicpin points. I want the money back.

While clicking on magicpin icon through phonepe apps section..
It didn't asked me to login..
On home page i search for coupon.. Select one.. And made payment through phonepe..
I've the phonepe transaction id..

How can i redeem the same,??

I have paid 200 rs for four voucher 50 for each of flipkart gift voucher, they have given me only 1 voucher of rs 50, they haven't given me 4 voucher, i have raised complaint against it, i got their email stated as we will resolve your problem within 24 hr, its been a week they haven't given me voucher nor refund, they are not replying my emails too

I have purchased a voucher at cost of rs. 75 for grofer pan india up to rs 150 discount of min purchase of rs 750, which i had paid through 50% magicpin wallet and rest paid through phonepe total amount paid rs. 75 only. When i try to apply the voucher at grofer app then it's showing i am not eligible for the offer. Magicpin haven't mentioned that the voucher valid for grofer new users. I had raised a query with magicpin but they are saying that it is clearly mentioned in terms and conditions. Here i am attaching screenshots of terms and conditions along with voucher i had purchased.

I have completed target of 650 cash back points and they have given me voucher of book my show worth 350 and whenever i want to use it error has came of invalid coupen code magic pin is not trust worthy app many times this app disturbs me btw the app is good or we can say app is best way to get cash back but sometimes it create problems first time i have complaint about anyone in my life and that is magic pin

I am not at all satisfied with the working of this app and request to unlist my cafe from the app. I had been contacted by the magic pin team earlier as i wasn't accepting the vouchers. At that time i informed that i am not interested in being a part of the magic pin team. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Request you to kindly send the amount stuck in my account of rs 199/- too in my bank account and remove us from magic pin.

Time out cafe is listed as a cafe where we van use magicpay and buy vouchers, but they don't accept any of these. Apart from this there are few more places i have been to which claim they accept magicpay according to the magicpin app but in reality they don't. Please either update the magicpin app or tell the respective restaurants to do the needful. It's really inconvenient.

I was purchasing a amazon gift vocher from magicpin app amouny rs 1000 and my amount got deducted from my mobikwik upi that is 950 rs but i did not get any gift voucher I recieved a msg from magicpin that your request can't procede and the refund of rs 950 added to magicpin wallet .kindly refund it to the actual source that is mobikwik . Iwant dont want it in the magicpin wallet . This is worst app . Don't use it .Magicpin plz refund my amount in to my mobikwik wallet

My photograph have been uploaded on google which someone clicked with the bill i request you to remove my pic from google now
You can't upload a picture of anyone without their permission on google

I have booked one book my show vouchers and i have paid rs 400 amount deducted from my account but i got a message that vouchers cant provide you so money will be credited but more than one week money is not credited no customer care number is there i have put mails to magicpin 10 mails but no response..
Such a fraud site it is.. Help me plz to get my money back.

Yesterday i bought guop coupon of maruti mega mart sector 7 faridabad.
First i joined group then other 4 member joind nd each person purchased voucher for rs. 500 its successful completed eveone got voucher code & cash back for grou comletion i did this around 5.50pm but in eveing around 7:20 or 30 i got msg that due to technical issue your voucher cancelled and refund initiated after adjusting cash back.
This is not fair i created group & people joined me. Magicpin vouchers for rs. 2500 purchased just because of me.

My voucher has been cancelled. This is not fair.

Please reissue my voucher as i want to use voucher. Dont make fool to people.
