Today i was booking a coupon for book my show app which was available for 50% but when i went to the payment option it was showing for 250 to be paid but when made the payment through google pay it was deducted from my account successfully but in when i was applied my coupon in bookmyshow app is not working its showed experied or invalid coupon. Please i want 250 in form of bank account so please transfer my amount. As soon as possible...

Today morning i was booking a coupon for book my show app which was available for 50% but when i went to the payment option it was showing for 250 to be paid but when made the payment through phone pe it was deducted from my account successfully but in magic pin it's showing not successfull than after few mins it was showing that 250 have been refund to you in wallet in form of magic pin points.
But i want 250 in form of bank account...

I bought coupon but merchant denied to accept that coupon. Moreover while clicking on the coupon it got redeemed automatically, without asking for any authentication. I have submitted complaint about my refund but no one is responding. Customercare number not at all available either on app or web and nobody is responsible to respond via email.

Its fraud organization definitely as they dont bother to attend their customers.

I was using magicpin some months ago and some photos of mine I posted on it. Whenever someone search my name on google or any other search engine, my magicpin photos displays on it. I am so disappointed with these photos that how can magicpin can't keep privacy about the photos. I kept all my photos on magicpin seen to only me but still those photos are visible on google. I want to delete them permanently. My name is Shruti Kohakade. I hope magicpin customer care will look into it. And if you can't then I have to take some serious actions. I don't want these photos sharing publicly.

Yesterday i uploaded a bill of cell point in magicpin app, and today they blocked my account without giving any warning.

They stated me due to suspicious activity, their system marked me as manager, staff, or delivery boy..

I'm not a manager, staff or delivery boy of cell point sector 3, rohini, delhi..

You can ask the owner of cell point if you have any contact of him.

If you don't have, then its total weird that how you've been running with lots of stores. And i strongly doubt on your terms and policies.

Coming to exact issue, i've around 1k magicpin points, and they blocked my wallet for any further usage.. How can you do this without warning?

I've been telling them my truth, but they don't believe. All they believe in their corrupted computerized system that doesn't understand feelings.

Also i don't know, how magicpin approves such stores without knowing anything about store like owner name, owner phone no etc..

So weird, recently ive uploaded a bill of chemist, and later on, magicpin asked me share no. Of chemist owner.

They have been running this fake operation on system itself, and we also don't know, what they do to our selfies.

This company should be banned as they are being doing fraud, and taking advantage of our hard money. Blocking wallets for no reason, and without warning.

I purchased vouchers worth rs.1134 out of which rs.756 had to be refunded back as the 4 out of 6 vouchers got sold out and i only got 2 of them. I received the remaining rs.756 into my magic pin wallet which is of no use now as that amount will be counted as magin pin points and it's not actual money. I want my refund in the bank account or the amazon pay account through which i made the payment.

Yesterday i was going to purchase amazon coupon. I have ₹1400 in my magicpin wallet. When i went to purchase the coupon of ₹1000, magicpin only counts 100 points instead of 1400. Remaining amount 900 i need to pay from my own pocket. Previous as well i purchased the coupons without any failure. This time only i am facing this problem. If i need to pay ₹900 from the pocket, then what’s the point left o[censored]sing magicpin. Kindly solve this problem asap.

I have done payment yesterday from google pay on magicpin for one merchant the dark cafe restaurant via magicpay.
Amount was deducted from account but not showing on magicpin. Then again done with googlepay then it was successful but i haven't received any refund of that transaction which is not showing.
You can checkover attachments that i have been paid twice for the same transaction, and i don’t know how to get money back.

I took voucher but merchant didn't accept and hence i cancelled but the amount which i paid through credit card is refunded back as wallet amount and not to the actual source, this is not acceptable and fraud. They are making money by fooling people. Please make sure you will buy vouchers only after enquiring the merchant.
Please take strict action against this fraud company and make sure people doesn't lose money

I have bought a voucher today for 200 by using my points. But it was showing as 50% off so i need to pay only 100 rps. That to they are asking to pay from your account instead of redeeming from there points. When i bought that voucher for 100 by paying, money from my account they have deducted 100 from my magicpin points too. May i know what kind of 50% is this.

After that i have cancelled that voucher then instead of sending the money back to source they have added it to my wallet. I want my money back to my source and also want to know the offers t&c's you are giving

We have contacted magic pin a month ago .After giving my business details .The services got activated but till today i m following up with magic pin how to redeem the service as owner .i am receiving auto messages from magic pin about client loss almost after two three days .received few complaining calls from customers as well.As a new venture i really cant afford negative publicity .I have called many time to your people shavaing, Deepak.saumaya to deactivate my services till the time service training is done.but no result.
Now i m requesting to close magic pin for my salon.

I tried to purchase amazon coupons from magic pin, as they offered 100 rupees discount on purchase of 1000 rupees coupon after 10% discount on my existing wallet balance.

But while tried to purchase, my money deducted from my account and i didn't receive any coupon. I wrote many mails to them but no reply, there is no customer care number or any other way to contact them.

I purchased vouchers worth 14000 from magicpin paying through my paytm and magicpin wallet. But the vendor refused to redeem the voucher so i requested for refund. I got the refund in magicpin wallet as points and not in my paytm wallet. When i raised the concern, they deducted the points from my magicpin wallet as well without refund in paytm. Effectively i lost 11300 rs out if no reason. Now i am not getting any response from magicpin. Please help.

I've tried to make purchase of vouchers using the magicpin points earned and paytm. Amount and points both got deducted from my account but the transaction failed everytime i tried.
However, i requested for refund of money but that is yet not refunded to me.
Incident date - 11th nov 2018.
I had raised several requests however there is no way to talk to the customer care and i'm just getting the mail with status query closed without resolution.

I paid 900 for buying an voucher through debit card, transaction failed and my money is transferred to magic pin wallet instead of refunding to my card, now transferred magic pin wallet amount can be utilized only 10 percent, is it not fraud? How they can automatically transfer our amount to their wallet and also only 10 percent of that money can be utilized for the subsequent orders...

I have paid the amount by the credit card, and i got a voucher code. And the voucher code which i got by the magicpin; is not accepting by the amazon website. When i enter the voucher code in the website. It replies that it is a wrong code
Please take action and provide the correct code.
