voucher not received

Hi all,

I made a payment for three pvr coupons costs 1500, 750 using magicpin wallet and 750 from phonepay upi. But never received any coupons and nor refund.

I realised now, this definitely a fraud company. They will ask you to make half of the payment on your own and hal[censored]sing magicpin wallet to buy a voucher. And then this way they will get the amount from people and you will never get any vouchers. br...

I have ordered 3 magic pin coupan out of 3 only 2 recieved, but amount has been deducted 900 each coupan price after 10% discount so total 2700 but only i receieved 2 coupan only.

So how will i get my 900 rs back please let us know.

I bought a voucher payment was deducted from my paytm account and magic pin plus cash was also paid to them i want my paytm money back ...i got no information about your new policy i want my money back via paytm

I have redeemed a voucher and it was successful. Now when I'm trying to apply the code in Freshmenu it say not a valid coupon.

    I am a magic pin user. I referred my many friends for the magic pin app that i can recieve more money as per t&c. But, i was becomed to greedy for that money and i started purchasing and claming deals on it. But after my claims are still pending from 3 days, no review, no cashback they are still pending. Why such conditions are happening their its a fraud thing they done.

      Being a very loyal and old user of magicpin, i am highly disappointed to say that the app is extremely non customer friendly... There is no customer service available... I am trying to buy a voucher of amazon which i am not able to due to the app error and there is no help from magicpin as of now... Tried all numbers of magicpin available on net, none of them is reachable... A highly dissatisfied customer!!

      I bought 2 PVR Vouchers for 500. I tried to use it on PVR app. But I wasn't able to. We tried everything. We entered promocode three-four times but we were not able to use the promocode.
      We mailed them but I got the same instructions that was posted on magicpin.
      Please look into the issue

        I am not able to buy any vouchers of any store i am having money in my magicpin Wallet then to i am not able tu buy any vouchers i am using magicpin from long time but this problem has come recently so plz take some quick action i want tu use my wallet money they r telling that u have misuse your account besides t&c but i have not done anything wrong so plz it is my humble request tu u take some action against this problem immediately 🙏🏻

          I am user of magic pin.I referred this app many Friends and neighbours.I earn Good amount as per t&c.Now my account has been suspended and my amount has been suspended.Its very cheap thing.Mostly issue is that not any Customer are number, not any support any representative. I m very dissatisfied for this app

            I booked a deal on magicpin on 23rd may but as the vendor declined to accept the offer, i got it refunded from the magicpin. They refunded me the amount as their wallet points.
            I requested them to transfer the points into my bank account. They instantly deducted my wallet points but the amount has still not been transffered into my bank account.
            The company does not provide any customer care helpline number, even after raising so my requests on their helpdesk, they are not responsive at all.
            Kindly look into this matter, because i may not be the one who is getting cheated from such a company.

              I am not able to redeem vouchers for shoppers stop when i have balance in account.the quantity button is disabled .

              Earlier I have redeemed vouchers for Shoppers stop and it worked for me well but this time it is not allowing me to take coupons for Shoppers Stop.Please look into this issue.

              I have been using Magic pin for long and doesnt sems to be the issue before but now I am not able to redeem it with my cashback points.please help!

                How can Magicpin post my pictures without my permission, i have made the privacy setting as "only me" even then i am able to view my pictures on google images.

                This is a complete breach of consumer privacy and rights.

                I want Magicpin to remove all my pictures from there website and google images.

                    I used magic pin and with the earned points. I purchased vouchers to amazon.
                    When i tried to attach them. They are not working. Some voucher related issue.
                    But when contacted magicpin. Through messenger (Fb) and also through help desk.
                    They asked me to share voucher details. And after sending the screenshot of voucher code.
                    My initially not working voucher suddenly started stating that "voucher already redeemed" a clear fraud case.

                      Yes the photos are visible on Google and even the privacy settings don't work. Even after making privacy settings as visible only to me, everyone can see the pictures that's a breach of customer information.

                      My Photos are also posted on google. My privacy settings is set to "only me", i.e images visible only to me.

                        Last night we spend 86399 at mafioso.
                        It was mentioned in app if customer spend upto ₹25 they will get 3% back in wallet of total amount spent but instead of getting 2589 (3% of 86399) magicpin submitted only ₹25..
                        Magicpin sucks, liar..
                        Please it is humble request from my side.
                        I am looking forward for your favorable reply and i want my actual amount 2589 in my magicpin wallet and it's not first time they cheated on me i didn't submitted any complaint but this time. Can't bear that much amount of loss

                          I have used magicpin 3-4 times. I started liking this app very much till today. But today, I am not happy with it. I visited dunkin donuts, dlf cyber city, post the selfie, which got accepted, post the photo of the bill also, then asked for the amount, after writing the amount, when I submit, there is a pop up " please enable location setting ". Before today, it never showed up. Then also, I Clicked OK, and enable each and every location setting, and tried to submit. I tried more than hundred times and every time the pop up is coming again. so, finally it is not being submitted. please help

                            Magicpin is an app where we get 7% cashback on our bill but today I sent a bill of 1420 today and i just got 1% cashback of it..
