I had incorrect products delivered. Instead of picking the product and providing me refund, I was given partial refund stating the delivered product was of this price so we are refunding the remaining amount. I have requested multiple times to pick the product as I am allergic to those which were delivered and they can pick them and provide me refund. However, they kept sending the same response stating they have refunded the remaining amount which is such a unethical behaviour.

I made wrong payment Using magicpin on 7/02/2024 amount of 1387.50.I request to refund the amount back please as soon as possible

I ordered food through magic pin it didn't get delivered. After contacting merchant they said they had given order to delivery guy without his confirmation, the delivery guy who picked up order didn't even confirmed order still that merchant gave order to him. After some time another delivery guy got assigned to same order when he reached merchant person from merchant was saying they already gave order to another delivery person. Because of this miscommunication from merchant other delivery guy has to suffer 1:30 hr and this is 3rd time I faced same issue

Hello team magic pin, i want to draw your attention that some of my posts are shared by you on global platform i. E. Google.com without my permission or without asking me. I just want to request you to delete my personal post from there, this will be more comfortable for me.
I already edit it my privacy to only me and they are still showing on google.

I was called by a caller who claimed to be the icici bank employee and he said that annual charges on my credit card is applied so he will help me reverse it. He made me download an apk app and asked me to enter the card details and pressurized me to do so he said if not done now I will be paying the annual charge. The moment I entered the card details. 19500 was debited from my card. Although I didn't shared any otp and all.

Today i had ordered few items from kumar sweets gh-14 Paschim Vihar through magicpin but they had cancelled the order without informing me and without refunding my amount.They were saying that the delivery partner reach your location with the order and called you but you didn't responded so the order was cancelled. The other side story is that i hv not received any call from any delivery partner could be some network issue.They should refund my amount otherwise i would take legal action against such thief company so that other innocent people are not fooled by them.

I placed order on 12-July 2023. After placing order, the payment portal opened. I select UPI and the payment done successfully. the order not placed. I tried the same again the order placed. I try to request support. It shows Failed to create support ticket. Please try again later.

same happened[protected]. Same. I ordered paid, Payment done successfully, but order not placed amount debited. Again, I ordered the order placed successfully.

I ordered food in ondc (Paytm), . I choose UPI as my payment method. I paid. It was successful but Order not placed. Again I ordered, After payment the order was placed. I was happened on 12-July-2023.

Pending Refunds for 2 Orders

I placed an order for a 7500INR voucher from Titan Eye Plus, but unfortunately, I haven't received the voucher despite the deduction of money from my account. According to the magicpin website, they claim to have refunded the money, but it has not been credited back to my account yet. It has been five days already, and I have been attempting to contact a magicpin agent without success.

I ordered biryani from Sagar Biryani at 8:30pm but I won't receive the order yet
Also I don't receive the refund

I ordered family pack biryani in Royal Biryani and Kabab and Juice Center online in Magic Pin. They delivered me single biryani. I contacted them, they are rejecting my calls, I contacted chat support they are processing me refund of 175 out of 420. I said I want full refund. Even the chat support closed my chat. The voice team called me and said the merchant is denying to pay the full amount. If merchant is denying it is not my fault. It was his fault who delivered the item which doesn't even cost 100 rupees and just denying to pay full amount. It completely shows how they are doing fraud. Even the voice team cut my call in middle. I want full refund. I don't want this item. It is still unopened.

Due to some collusion between my staff and MagicPin ( i guess), this express package activated without the CONSENT of the owner.

AND we are at a great loss as you deducted the initial amount from our wallet and keep deducting 45% commission on every order. We realized this recently and deactivated the package.

Why can't you take approval from Owner before deducting money ?
Don't you think you are inviting FRAUD by not verifying the Person ?
As per RBI guidelines, you should do proper verification before taking out Money, you are against RBI guidelines.

We want our money back, as this deal was done without Owner Consent, you can;t do deal with Staff and without verifying staff Designation...any Tom and Dick Say...I am authrized ...you should verify...else u r responsible...

Hello my name is Tanush Varindani and the management is playing with my account like they are just blocking my account without any valid reason like from past months i have given them almost a business of 50k -1lakh but then too they are blocking my account and when im complaining then they are telling me you have been marked as driver or manage of the team and i am like i am a student studying and they are telling me i am in their team so i told them i can provide you my pan details then too no reply so can you take some actions against them plz its a request the management is playing with my acc

Magicpin has launch a offer sav a thon on 9 may 2023 in which 4 transactan has to be done with in 30 days of 25 rupees each in 4 diff. categories to get a 500 amazon voucher and I have done 3 transactions but on 10 may they have changed their T&c and mention that 100 rupees transaction has to be done to get the 500 amazon voucher but they have reversed my previous 2 transactions because they are not of 100 rupees but if they are updating their t&c then what we have done previously should be considered because according to the previous T&c i am eligible. and Now i have again done 100 rupees transaction on 16 may and the transaction got counted but today on 17 may i have done 1 more transaction in different category but ths time this transaction is not considered and when i reach out to them they told me that they have taking this offer offline. Is it fair with customers magicpin is wasting our money and making their profit this is unfair trade practice and someone should take serious action against it. One more thing that magicpin has not provided their number anywhere in case of emergency we can't reach out to them which is also very bad and unsatisfactory in terms of customer support.

In respect with the oder paid from magic pin on paytm . Firstly the rider refused to come to the location and shouted at me for ordering from a far restraunt, since it was a prepaid order i was trying to convince the rider to come, he demanded for 50 more bucks for coming that far and the time i refused that i will not pay extra he stopped picking up my phone and i kept on trying to speak to the restraunt they said they don’t have any control as it was magic pin rider.. the order on the paytm was showing delivered, i called the rider from a different number and asked to whom he delivered the order he confirmed that he gas returned it back to restraunt and i will get my money but 2 days have passed i have not received my money please help
