I ordered biryani from Sagar Biryani at 8:30pm but I won't receive the order yet
Also I don't receive the refund

I want my money back!!

I ordered family pack biryani in Royal Biryani and Kabab and Juice Center online in Magic Pin. They delivered me single biryani. I contacted them, they are rejecting my calls, I contacted chat support they are processing me refund of 175 out of 420. I said I want full refund. Even the chat support closed my chat. The voice team called me and said the merchant is denying to pay the full amount. If merchant is denying it is not my fault. It was his fault who delivered the item which doesn't even cost 100 rupees and just denying to pay full amount. It completely shows how they are doing fraud. Even the voice team cut my call in middle. I want full refund. I don't want this item. It is still unopened.

Due to some collusion between my staff and MagicPin ( i guess), this express package activated without the CONSENT of the owner.

AND we are at a great loss as you deducted the initial amount from our wallet and keep deducting 45% commission on every order. We realized this recently and deactivated the package.

Why can't you take approval from Owner before deducting money ?
Don't you think you are inviting FRAUD by not verifying the Person ?
As per RBI guidelines, you should do proper verification before taking out Money, you are against RBI guidelines.

We want our money back, as this deal was done without Owner Consent, you can;t do deal with Staff and without verifying staff Designation...any Tom and Dick Say...I am authrized ...you should verify...else u r responsible...

Magicpin has launch a offer sav a thon on 9 may 2023 in which 4 transactan has to be done with in 30 days of 25 rupees each in 4 diff. categories to get a 500 amazon voucher and I have done 3 transactions but on 10 may they have changed their T&c and mention that 100 rupees transaction has to be done to get the 500 amazon voucher but they have reversed my previous 2 transactions because they are not of 100 rupees but if they are updating their t&c then what we have done previously should be considered because according to the previous T&c i am eligible. and Now i have again done 100 rupees transaction on 16 may and the transaction got counted but today on 17 may i have done 1 more transaction in different category but ths time this transaction is not considered and when i reach out to them they told me that they have taking this offer offline. Is it fair with customers magicpin is wasting our money and making their profit this is unfair trade practice and someone should take serious action against it. One more thing that magicpin has not provided their number anywhere in case of emergency we can't reach out to them which is also very bad and unsatisfactory in terms of customer support.

In respect with the oder paid from magic pin on paytm . Firstly the rider refused to come to the location and shouted at me for ordering from a far restraunt, since it was a prepaid order i was trying to convince the rider to come, he demanded for 50 more bucks for coming that far and the time i refused that i will not pay extra he stopped picking up my phone and i kept on trying to speak to the restraunt they said they don’t have any control as it was magic pin rider.. the order on the paytm was showing delivered, i called the rider from a different number and asked to whom he delivered the order he confirmed that he gas returned it back to restraunt and i will get my money but 2 days have passed i have not received my money please help

Hi, i am so pissed up right now, so yesterday i have redeemed 7 water kingdom coupons, so as per rule 7 coupons were of 7700 rupees and with magic pin points i have to pay 770 with points and rest 6930 with online UPI, but for my bad luck i was in hurry and didn't check, magic pin have charged whopping 7552 rupees, extra 622 rupees from me, and didn't even use less magic pin points, i was having good amount of magic points, but then also this happen, i want my refund asap, as this was planed picnic and i have to return money to my colleagues. please look into it asap.

The myntra is an online shopping app.i bought this online voucher.but is not yet given me the voucher code.and saying that I had paid to an outlet.there is no outlet present basically.

On 5th March i purchased 500 rupees Bhujbal bandhu Hotel Apulki, karve nagar, pune coupon, after sometime I cancel this coupon and refund initiated.after long time on 10th March at 13:40PM it's shows your money are refund.but still time that refunded account not credited in my bank account my money get stuck.

I have purchased a voucher with expiry of 15days but unable to use it nor refund it in time. I put a request to refund it but denied. Is It legal to sell voucher in India now as no services is provided in return?
I put a request to refund it in 2 days. They have refunded the voucher in the past for same action but this is the exception.

I have purchase a coupon but it is not applicable. It shows it is expired or invalid.

I bought 8 vouchers of Dakkhan hotel Narhe Pune worth rs 2000 each from Magicpin App. When I visit hotel they refused to accept multiple coupons at same time. However it is not mentioned in their terms and conditions. They redeem only 1 coupon. When I raise complaint against the merchant magicpin customer care is unable to resolve my issue. I paid bill worth Rs 18195 however as per coupon amount should be 12554. Because of this pathetic service my loss is around 6k and they are just offering me 350 coupons. Plz resolve my issue

I have purchased a voucher from magicpin of their listed vendor but when i went their the name of the vendor was different and even reviews given by magicpin was of different vendor even they were not aware of the vendor details properly. Secondly, magicpin customers were getting cheated by the vendor as vendor was charging higher prices to them and providing less weight things to the customer, applying new stickers to hide previous rates and even not mentioning any expiry date n all and when tgis concern was raised to magic pin firstly they ignored it as their vendor is not cheating but after sometime they blocked the vendor as mentioned by them. So, what happen to the customers who got cheated / who waisted their money because of magicpin and even no proper reply was also sent from magicpin as they were adamant to accept their mistake. Even no sweets bill was given no expiry dates nothing mentioned.
