    I was trying to buy a voucher for shopping on Myntra as a gift card. It was amounting to 833 after reduction using magicpin points. As I paid through paytm wallet on magicpin, my amount deducted the page kept loading and there was no further success. My voucher is not generated and there is no transaction detail on magicpin. My money is not in my account neither in wallet. The transaction shows successful from my side and paytm generated the id but your payment gateway got stuck.

        I used magicpin app (https://magicpin.in/) earlier where if I upload my pics when I purchase something then I used to get points and then I can redeem those points in future.

        Now if i search with my name - avinash golla in google search I see pictures of mine uploaded in magic pic. Please help me to delete this pictures of mine

          description: i ordered chicken biryani executive pack which serves 2 people along with raita, bread halwa, brinjal, water bottle, toothpick and more but I received a small box (which is not biriyani) from the delivery person. totally disappointed. i waited with my family for a long time to receive the order but I received wrong item. i informed to the delivery person that this is wrong order. he took magicpin representative on call. that representative informed me to raise complaint on magic pin portal and said that they will refund. i raised a complaint on 2nd july in magicpin app but still my issue is not resolved.
          desirable solution: need refund.

            I ordered 5-6 times from the magicpin each time it was getting Cancelled due to unavailability of riders, u guys are doing fraud by taking money first through UPI, but still I trusted and was paying again and again (how dumb I was) below I'm attaching the screenshot of the order id and amount and also refund id. I neither received the food nor the amount refunded. What kind of service are you providing. I still ask you to solve this problem it's been over 4-5 months.. If you really are genuine company then prove it.

              On 26 June, I had placed an order on Magicpin and did the complete transaction however the delivery wasn’t done. I waited for the required 5-6 business days but still the refund is not yet done .

                  I'm order food from magicpin app wow momos Karol bagh outlet. My two order 29-06-22 and 30-06-22 both order are not received by me after pay online the delivery boy are not reach giving address and not giving me my refund.My one is show on the way and my second order is cancelled by outlet.i am very disappointed and I am not using this application again

                    I have issue in one order:
                    1. Item is missing - pizza mania with coke
                    2. Paneer and onion pizza - send me corn pizza that is also have huge salt and less corn

                    5. I made call to resturant person after listening query they blocked me on call.
                    6. After 6hrs customer support told me that i am lying

                            I ordered from magicpin and i paid 656rs to magic through my bank account and they cancelled my order not delivered to me and even not refunded my amount. this is such a fraud company magicpin. and even i talked to the rider and he told me that he haven't picked my order because the order has been cancelled by magicpin and magicpin replied to my email that your order has been cancelled due to rider was unable to find your location. i mean are you serious such a fraud company magicpin is. my order id is #37478691

                                    I have paid wrongly through magic pin to another store of Glensbake house, at New BEL road, but we had some pastries at whitefield branch, I have paid the bill amount of 446 through magicpin for new BEL road branch, but in whitefield they again charged us 500rs.

                                    When we called New BEL road's branch for refund, they didnt respond and ignore my complaint
