Refund for wrong payment in magic pin

Refund for wrong payment

Transaction was canceled, but the money was still deducted from my bank account and haven't received a refund yet.

Despite the cancellation of the transaction, the money was still debited from my bank account, and I have not received a refund.

Ordered from magicpin on 31 December 2021 from restaurant (oh! Its fishy)which accept magicpin pay.when I proceed further for payment money was deducted from my google pay account and order didn't placed on magicpin .
I complained about this on magic pin.they say money will be transferred within 5-7 days .
after this I complained on google pay that "payment is initiated by merchant but didn't received" they asked me to contact...

I order from.magicpin but order delivered too late all most 1hr, package was Torn, food was Very tasteless.
Even order item was Missing ..

Very bad experience.
Waste of Time and Money.
Want refund.

I visited kabuliwala and paid using magicpay but the order wasn't received but it was debited from my bank account. It showed successful too. I to reduce harassment again ordered using magicpin self pickup. I have lost rs 141. Please see into this....

I have ordered a butterscotch crunch cake(690gm) from Café Coffee Day via magicpin website. My order id is 16766057 and I paid 57.67 rupees through Paytm. But suddenly they cancelled the order and also refused to gave us the refund the amount. Please help me with this problem and find the attachment with it....

I order some food from this ### app and they cancelled my order without informing and did not refunded my money back..
I advice you all to please not order from this app they also don't provide any CUSTOMER care services...

I paid Magicpin app through my DBS Bank payment, my payment was successful but Magicpin shows my payment was failed. Money has been debited from my bank account but Magicpin didn't complete my order....

I do payment of Rs 296 for home delivery of food from Delhi Walo Ki Mashoor Rasoi. After paying I got CODE which I can not show to merchant physically because I want home delivery. Merchant deny to give home delivery with out showing code. I ask him to show the code over whatsapp but he denied.
Now deduct money I want to refund from magicpin team.
Also your given customer care number is not correct....

I have ordered through magicpin on 25th Oct and paid online. Magicpin cancelled my order automatically and didn't refunded my money.
Despite chasing them through email/tweet, no one is responding.
