Hi,
My name is Pooja Singh.
I placed an order on Magic Pin on 12th Feb 2022 and the payment was done.
When the rider came with the order amount Rs 241 but when my family member took the order the rider told to pay for order as it was on COD basis so my family member gave him a note of Rs 500 but the rider told he dont have the change and will bring change by deliverying a order in nearby house.
later on he just fled with Rs 500 and never reverted back.
Tried to call him several time but didnt picked up the call.
Sometimes his phone was busy also but till date he didnt picked up the call.
When complained in Magic pin they just refunded the order amount i.e Rs 214 and give giving some voucher of Rs 200 aplicable for one week,
i am not ok with this as no proper action is being taken i want atleast the full amount to be refunded of Rs 500 and some action to be take against the rider.

And then the dilevery boy was assigned but he did not dilever the food to my house nor did he picked up the phone instead blocking it
I tried contacting Support but it's useless
It doesn't even respond

It very rude behaviour from the app and the delivery partner

I order a meal from magic pin, and order take 45minutes ...suddenly they canceled my order, and rider couldn't contact you cause number.not reachable, than I called the rider and asked him to go and pic my order thru the restaurant, and I also called in restaurant they agree to ready my order again but rider refuse to take order, he said company canceled your order you complained in the magic pin, and in the app there is no option about the complaining.what to do ???

I want my refund as I have cancelled my order on Magicpin. There is no support system of magicpin and I don't have any option to call them for my queries. They are not providing their phone no. on help and support. It is an issue. My order will be refunded or not I am not able to know.

Ordered from magicpin on 31 December 2021 from restaurant (oh! Its fishy)which accept magicpin pay.when I proceed further for payment money was deducted from my google pay account and order didn't placed on magicpin .
I complained about this on magic pin.they say money will be transferred within 5-7 days .
after this I complained on google pay that "payment is initiated by merchant but didn't received" they asked me to contact Magicpin regards to the issue.

Even after contacting multiple times to magicpin the response was quite same
As far I didn't received any money from magic
pin.
Amount is 273 rs
