      I order some food from this ### app and they cancelled my order without informing and did not refunded my money back..
      I advice you all to please not order from this app they also don't provide any CUSTOMER care services

          I paid Magicpin app through my DBS Bank payment, my payment was successful but Magicpin shows my payment was failed. Money has been debited from my bank account but Magicpin didn't complete my order.

              I do payment of Rs 296 for home delivery of food from Delhi Walo Ki Mashoor Rasoi. After paying I got CODE which I can not show to merchant physically because I want home delivery. Merchant deny to give home delivery with out showing code. I ask him to show the code over whatsapp but he denied.
              Now deduct money I want to refund from magicpin team.
              Also your given customer care number is not correct.

                          I have purchased the voucher of makemytrip from magicpin and magicpin have cancelled the voucher and issued the flipkart voucher without my concern and now I see flipkart voucher is not working and I'm messaging everyone all customer care still I dint get solution for this. This is magicpin team responsibility to get this sorted...
                          But I see there is no response following up with customer care from 2months, and also I have found out this voucher is been issued in magicpin employee mail id and already the voucher money has been added to wallet.

                            A merchant associated with Magicpin delivered worst quality of food. Even after reporting this and sharing the proofs with Magicpin they haven't resolved the issue.
                            It is the second event in row but no improvements have been made but Magicpin

                              All the pictures that I had posted on magicpin are openly visible in google images. I did not give any consent for that. my posts were supposed to be private and visible only to me. I am unable to hide or delete the posts now and there is no option to delete the account as well.

                                        I ordered a dish and failed to pick up a call from the delivery person, they are not even refunding the food charge neither did they send the food again! Atleast minus the service charge and send back the amount. This isn't fair....
