I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received from Magicpin.
I had placed an order on June 1, 2024, at 10:35 PM for some sweets to take with me to Bangalore on June 2 to visit a friend. Despite waiting for a considerable amount of time, I did not receive any update on my order. I attempted to contact the delivery person, but my calls went unanswered. Additionally, when I reached out to customer care via chat, I received inadequate responses. and order canceled on 2nd June 2024 12:11 AM.
Furthermore, I had placed another order earlier that same evening at 10:22 PM, totaling an amount of ₹375. This order was also canceled by your team, stating that the restaurant had closed. It is highly frustrating that my order was accepted initially and then canceled without proper notice.
It is now 12:14 AM 2 June 2024 as I am writing this complaint, and I am unable to place another order. I need to leave for the airport at 9 AM tomorrow, and because of the delays and cancellations caused by your service, I am now unable to take sweets with me to Bangalore.
I request immediate action on this matter and compensation for the inconvenience caused.
