Request you to delete my personal post

Hello team magic pin, i want to draw your attention that some of my posts are shared by you on global platform i. E. Google.com without my permission or without asking me. I just want to request you to delete my personal post from there, this will be more comfortable for me.
I already edit it my privacy to only me and they are still showing on google...

about voucher refund

I purchased a voucher around 14 days back but due to some technical glitch money was deducted from my account but was unable to purchased the voucher and i received a msg claiming that amount will be refunded within 7 working days. Now, even after so many mails no action is been taken. My i'd on magic pin is [protected]@rediffmail.com this i request you to look after my issue asap....

refund of my hard earned money

I have a outlet in dombivli named jagdish fast food i had paid 52000 to magicpin for which i was promised 6.5 x business in 6 month and was also promised for area sales manager would help in getting the said business but till date no body has contacted us nor am i getting business please do the needful to get refund of my hard earned money at your earliest convenience...

refund of amount

Today morning i was booking a coupon for book my show app which was available for 50% but when i went to the payment option it was showing for 250 to be paid but when made the payment through phone pe it was deducted from my account successfully but in magic pin it's showing not successfull than after few mins it was showing that 250 have been refund to you in wallet in form of magic pin points.
But i want 250 in form of bank account...

fraud during voucher purchase

I tried to purchase amazon coupons from magic pin, as they offered 100 rupees discount on purchase of 1000 rupees coupon after 10% discount on my existing wallet balance.

But while tried to purchase, my money deducted from my account and i didn't receive any coupon. I wrote many mails to them but no reply, there is no customer care number or any other way to contact them.

Simply they are cheating. As per rbi...

voucher not received

Hi all,

I made a payment for three pvr coupons costs 1500, 750 using magicpin wallet and 750 from phonepay upi. But never received any coupons and nor refund.

I realised now, this definitely a fraud company. They will ask you to make half of the payment on your own and hal[censored]sing magicpin wallet to buy a voucher. And then this way they will get the amount from people and you will never get any vouchers. br...

I placed an order via MagicPin from Subway and mistakenly included an item that I am allergic to. Realising the error, I attempted to cancel the order within 1–2 minutes of placing it. However, the MagicPin app was unresponsive and did not allow me to cancel the order immediately.

When I finally managed to cancel the order through the app, there was no clear warning that the cancellation would be non-refundable. Soon after, I received an unexpected call informing me that I would not be issued a refund.

This is completely unreasonable and appears to be a misuse of vague and unfair policies. I cancelled the order within a very reasonable time, when the food would likely not have even been prepared.

I request that MagicPin:

Reviews and clarifies its cancellation and refund policy at checkout.
Issues a full refund for this order, as the cancellation was made promptly due to genuine health concerns.
I hope for a swift and fair resolution.

    I am writing to inform you about an issue with my recent order placed through the Magicpin app. I had ordered two Economic Thalis from Gupta Ji Ka Dhaba, New Delhi, and made a payment of Rs. 271 (payment proof enclosed for your ready reference).

    However, upon delivery, I observed that only one Economic Thali was delivered. When I enquired with the delivery person, he stated that the mistake was from the restaurant’s end. I immediately contacted Gupta Ji Ka Dhaba, and they assured me that a refund would be processed for the missing item.

    Unfortunately, I later received a message from Magicpin stating that a refund cannot be initiated due to the absence of a policy for such cases. This response is disappointing, as I paid in full for two thalis and received only one.

    I kindly request that the refund for the missing thali be initiated at the earliest. I hope Magicpin will take this matter seriously and provide a fair resolution.

      I ordered from Charminar Lanes on Magic Pin yesterday and it was not delivered . First it showed order is returned to store, I called to the restaurant, they said it isnt returned to them. The delivery man didnt pickup call, was unresponsive. The restaurant staff tried to reach out but he didnt pick up their calls as well. so I complained that he might have kept my order. I reported the issue on customer care of magic pin, they assured again and again and after asking for refund they said the money will be refunded within 8 hours but atlast they cancelled and I didnt even get my money refunded

        I ordered pasta online from Truffles through Magicpin (Order Number: [protected]), but instead, I received someone else’s order—nachos with sauces and a chocolate cake (Order Number:[protected]. I immediately called to report the issue and was initially promised a refund. However, they later refused, citing company policy. I have raised a formal complaint with Magicpin under Issue Number: 6879806 regarding the wrong product delivery. I believe it is every customer's right to receive the item they paid for.

          I requested a full refund of ₹209 for my recent order placed on magicpin from Burger King. The order included a burger combo (burger, fries, and cold drink).

          Despite providing my full and accurate address in the app, the delivery rider claimed he did not receive it. He told me to contact customer service, and while I was briefly unavailable (in the washroom), I missed one call. I was not called again. I was later informed that my order was canceled and no full refund would be issued.

          This is unacceptable. I was available shortly after, and my efforts to communicate were ignored. Offering only a 30% off coupon does not resolve the issue when I received nothing from my order.

            I'm a student and I have placed an order from magicpin it was the last amount I had with me the delivery time was shown as 45-50 min but I knew it is always delayed on this platform the delivery partner reached the location and seems they tried to call but the mobile number registered was out of service. The location was clear I received multiple orders for the same location but this person claimed that he waited at the location for 18 min and since the phone was not answered the customer support asked him to leave and the entire time I was tracking it through the app and they did not reach the door step and the delivery time went from 3 min to 14min that's when I tried to contact the person through a friend's phone and he claimed it and said he already left the place and is 3km away and refused to deliver it later there's no proper response from the customer support for an hour they kept saying it is showing that the order is picked up and we'll do our best to deliver it to you asap. But I don't know why later my app was logged out and I couldn't login agian by the time I checked my mail at 4:40 I had a mail saying we are glad to inform that your order is delivered. I didn't get any delivery for the whole time the worst part is I ordered at 8:55 and the mail of them claimed the order is delivered was sent at 12:49 which I didn't receive I was empty stomach all night and this is what happened. It's not just about the money but the time and emotions I had to deal with because of it

              I have ordered something from magicpin and for 2 hrs delivery I waited but delivery boy started moving away from the delivery location and then the delivery boy cancelled the order by himself and they were asking me to come take the food from the restaurant but I can't take it that far away at 11 pm at this night and I even raised complaint but they didn't answered properly and started making false claims so I want my refund even i have the proof and I have done online cash please i want the refund as soon as possible as for being a Indian even 300 loss hurts so much

                Everytime I order from the same restaurant. There is a minimum delay of 20 mins extra more than the ETA shown. Everytime they try to cool down matter saying we only can give coupon. I request them for a supervisor to complaint against the system which is incorrectly assigning riders. See getting coupons is not the solution everytime sometimes they need to collect feedback. We are ordering because we are hungry just coupon cannot reimburse our hunger. These guys should take the feedback seriously.

                  I am buying an amazon shopping voucher worth 10000 on 17/10/2024, but I have received already redeemed voucher. When I complain, I have received an email where a reference number [protected] given.
                  when I contact to gift card issuer QwikSilver customer service through this reference number they say the voucher is buy in 2023, but I am buying this voucher on 17/10/2024.
                  I want a refund of my amount.
                  I have complained many times, but I have not received a response.

                        Today in magicpin I ordered a tandoori chicken half plate in taste of india restaurant in Btm but they sent burnt food and very less quantity also when I asked customer care they are responding properly and not even giving my money back
