Food not delivered nor customer care responding.

Today in magicpin I ordered a tandoori chicken half plate in taste of india restaurant in Btm but they sent burnt food and very less quantity also when I asked customer care they are responding properly and not even giving my money back

      I had incorrect products delivered. Instead of picking the product and providing me refund, I was given partial refund stating the delivered product was of this price so we are refunding the remaining amount. I have requested multiple times to pick the product as I am allergic to those which were delivered and they can pick them and provide me refund. However, they kept sending the same response stating they have refunded the remaining amount which is such a unethical behaviour.

              I was called by a caller who claimed to be the icici bank employee and he said that annual charges on my credit card is applied so he will help me reverse it. He made me download an apk app and asked me to enter the card details and pressurized me to do so he said if not done now I will be paying the annual charge. The moment I entered the card details. 19500 was debited from my card. Although I didn't shared any otp and all.

                Fraud Transaction

                I ordered from ONDC on 2nd october and paid 300 bucks but the item was not delivered to me i called the delivery guy 15 times texted him on whatsapp and text but no response since then paytm and magicpin is not responding neither i have received my money i will post this on linkdin...

                Today i had ordered few items from kumar sweets gh-14 Paschim Vihar through magicpin but they had cancelled the order without informing me and without refunding my amount.They were saying that the delivery partner reach your location with the order and called you but you didn't responded so the order was cancelled. The other side story is that i hv not received any call from any delivery partner could be some network issue.They should refund my amount otherwise i would take legal action against such thief company so that other innocent people are not fooled by them.

                    I placed order on 12-July 2023. After placing order, the payment portal opened. I select UPI and the payment done successfully. the order not placed.                       I ordered food in ondc (Paytm), . I choose UPI as my payment method. I paid. It was successful but Order not placed. Again I ordered, After payment the order was placed. I was happened on 12-July-2023.

                        Transaction was canceled, but the money was still deducted from my bank account and haven't received a refund yet.
