[Resolved]  Magicpin — SCAM: Payment accepted service rejected

I ordered food from magicpin, payment went through, transaction was successful, order was placed, everything was perfectly fine, after an hour I opened the app to check why my order was being delayed, only to find out that the order has been cancelled stating "payment request failed", when for a fact I know that the payment went through & it was successful. I even confirmed it with my bank, yet magicpin is not giving me any update on the issue let alone refunding my money. They just keep saying "payment failed"
