[Resolved]  Magicpin — I had received a damaged product and after a online complaint through your email ID there is no response yet

I had ordered food from your application and once it was received it was totally damaged and not at all proper.
I have submitted online complaint through email however everytime I recieve an email saying submit your response to the email even after Sharing the picture.
