I had incorrect products delivered. Instead of picking the product and providing me refund, I was given partial refund stating the delivered product was of this price so we are refunding the remaining amount. I have requested multiple times to pick the product as I am allergic to those which were delivered and they can pick them and provide me refund. However, they kept sending the same response stating they have refunded the remaining amount which is such a unethical behaviour.
