I am writing to inform you about an issue with my recent order placed through the Magicpin app. I had ordered two Economic Thalis from Gupta Ji Ka Dhaba, New Delhi, and made a payment of Rs. 271 (payment proof enclosed for your ready reference).
However, upon delivery, I observed that only one Economic Thali was delivered. When I enquired with the delivery person, he stated that the mistake was from the restaurant’s end. I immediately contacted Gupta Ji Ka Dhaba, and they assured me that a refund would be processed for the missing item.
Unfortunately, I later received a message from Magicpin stating that a refund cannot be initiated due to the absence of a policy for such cases. This response is disappointing, as I paid in full for two thalis and received only one.
I kindly request that the refund for the missing thali be initiated at the earliest. I hope Magicpin will take this matter seriously and provide a fair resolution.
