Magicpin — money deducted via freecharge but the voucher is not received

Hi Team,

I did a transaction for flipkart voucher (500) and the voucher is not yet received in message either it is not showing up in the app. The transaction is done through freecharge and the payment is successful in freecharge. Below are the details please get my voucher as soon as possible. I have paid Rs475
I have sent email to Magicpin and still have got no reply from them. Please register a complaint against them on this forum
