Magicpin — money fraud

I purchased vouchers worth rs.1134 out of which rs.756 had to be refunded back as the 4 out of 6 vouchers got sold out and i only got 2 of them. I received the remaining rs.756 into my magic pin wallet which is of no use now as that amount will be counted as magin pin points and it's not actual money. I want my refund in the bank account or the amazon pay account through which i made the payment.
I tried contacting you on the customer care number but i failed as all the numbers are either busy or out of service, very poor service this company is providing. Also, wrote you an email and attached screenshots regarding this issue earlier but didn't get any positive response.
