[Resolved]  Magicpin — Non delivery of food

I ordered food from Barbeque Nation . And one delivery boy from Dunzo is assigned to delivered my food. When my food was getting ready i saw in the app that the delivery boy is not moving from 15 minute, so i called the delivery boy and ask him to pick up my order he also told me that he will pick my order after sometime i saw in the app that he picked up my order . After that i went down to my building ground floor and waiting for my food so again i called the delivery boy because his location was not updating and he told me he was stuck in traffic jam after that i cut the call and waiting for my food and suddenly checked that in magicpin app my order is showing delivered so i called again the delivery boy and ask him like why he update that the food is delivered and he told me he don't know anything and he will deliver my food in 5 to 10 minutes and by the conversation i understand that he ran away with my food so i try to contact with magicpin customer care they are not listening to me they only believe on the delivery boy who cheated on me, maybe the customer care guy also involved in this. I have shared my call recording with the delivery boy and customer care.
Also i can share my PG CCTV footage that no one came to deliver my food .
Please take a strict action against this type of scam.
And i need my money because this is my hard earned money.
