I placed an online order for a *Personal Tandoori Paneer Ultimate Pizza* at **21:04 PM**. While tracking the order, I contacted the Pizza Hut customer support number. At **21:34 PM**, the call was answered by **Mr. Harshid**, the manager at the Pizza Hut Kamothe branch. He informed me that the order had already been picked up by a delivery person, **Mr. Sumit from Magicpin**, and that it would be delivered to my address within 5 to 10 minutes.
However, to my shock, **Mr. Sumit called me at 22:37 PM**, almost an hour later, and very rudely claimed that I had provided the *wrong address* and that he would **not** deliver the order. He further told me to “complain to customer care” and said **he didn’t care**. Immediately after this statement, **he switched off his phone**, leaving me with no way to reach him or track the order.
Deeply concerned, I went directly to the **Pizza Hut Kamothe** branch and spoke to **Manager Harshid** in person. He was equally shocked that the order was not delivered and mentioned that **phishing activities** have been happening recently, particularly with orders paid online. He suspected that some delivery partners may be involved in fraudulent activities where paid orders are being intentionally mishandled or stolen.
Mr. Harshid kindly arranged for a replacement pizza at the branch, but I still had to wait over **20 minutes** at the store, which was extremely inconvenient and frustrating.
