Magicpin — Scammed me twice and didn't even give proper refund

A few days ago, I placed an order through Magicpin and made the full payment upfront. Unfortunately, the delivery rider switched off his phone and disappeared with my order. Thankfully, I did receive a refund for that incident.

However, during my recent order, the delivery rider made unreasonable excuses and refused to pick up the order. Eventually, the order was canceled, but this time I have not received any refund yet.

Please look into this issue urgently and let me know the status of my refund.
