Magicpin — There was a food order which was cancel by hotel and I didn't get my money back.

I had order a mutton dum ki biryani from [protected]@7 hotel, but unfortunately they take order and then they cancel the order after one and half hour.
so I raise a complaint in magicpin application. but there was no response from there side, multiple time I try to connect them but there was no response.
Kindly help for this case.
