I order a meal from magic pin, and order take 45minutes ...suddenly they canceled my order, and rider couldn't contact you cause number.not reachable, than I called the rider and asked him to go and pic my order thru the restaurant, and I also called in restaurant they agree to ready my order again but rider refuse to take order, he said company canceled your order you complained in the magic pin, and in the app there is no option about the complaining.what to do ???
