Magicpin — They says refund is initiated but I didn't received

I paid from magicpin on 10th December at restaurant (Hotel khusboo)which accept magicpin pay.when I proceed further for payment money was deducted from my bank account and it didn't get successful.
I complained about this on magic pin.they say money will be transferred within 5-7 days .

Even after contacting multiple times to magicpin the response was quite same
As far I didn't received any money from magic
pin.
Amount is 935. rs

I paid from magicpin on 1st august 2021 but didnt get my order the rider's phone was switcherd off ... we tried calling him multiple times and magic pin told me to cancel my order after 11 .
When will I get my refund and and its lockdown here and me and my family couldn't have the dinner bcoz of it .

I ordered from magicpin on 31 December 2021 from restaurant (oh! Its fishy)which accept magicpin pay.when I proceed further for payment money was deducted from my google pay account and order didn't placed on magicpin .
I complained about this on magic pin.they say money will be transferred within 5-7 days .
after this I complained on google pay that "payment is initiated by merchant but didn't received" they asked me to contact Magicpin regards to the issue.
