Dear Team,
I am writing this email with deep frustration, disappointment, and emotional distress caused by your recent actions regarding my business account.
Despite clearly stating NO to auto-renewal of the Magic9 Deal Plan and NO to any ad sale campaign, your team went ahead and deducted ₹7, 774 from my wallet without consent. You also held ₹4, 130, and later deducted ₹1, 770, leaving me with zero returns from the business I did through your platform.
Let me be very clear:
• I was promised 200 orders under the Magic9 plan with a 60-day validity and MOV ₹299. I did not even receive 100 orders.
• I was told by Sonali that the ad campaign was free for 15 days, yet you deducted a large amount without my approval.
• The business I received was worth ₹6, 004, but you took away the entire amount. This means I invested my time, money, and resources only to serve Magicpin, not my customers.
• Your commission structure (50%) is exploitative and leaves no room for profit or sustainability for outlet owners like me.
I started using the Magic9 plan only after speaking with Zubair and Sonali on 22nd October, and prior to that, my restaurant was under renovation. Yet, you are now pushing a ₹11, 800 plan, after already draining my earnings.
This is not just unethical—it feels like a planned exploitation of small business owners. You disable menu items, hold wallets, and manipulate campaigns in a way that leaves us with losses and emotional suffering.
1. A full refund of the deducted amount.
2. Immediate cancellation of any ongoing or future plans.
3. A written explanation and apology from your team.
If this issue is not resolved within 7 days, I will proceed with legal action and public complaint through consumer forums and local authorities.
