Magicpin — Wrong information regarding Advertising Charges

Our Company has newly onboarded on Magicpin under the name of Mast Banarasi Paan, We were advised to take MAGIC 9 offer for Rs. 1770 wherein we are promised top visibility for 2 months. After paying Rs. 1770, we are being told an additional 1770 will be debited from our payments towards additional magic 9 charges.

So we requested your executive to stop the magic 9 offer and refund our money. he agreed once and then later failed to refund the amount and now says amount cannot be refunded.

We are feeling Cheated and request for a Full Refund.
