[Resolved]  Mahanagar Gas — Complaint about mistaken identity

I have been facing the problem of mistaken identity while submission of bills from 3 months from now.
I had submitted my phone no., photograph of my meter, and my email id in your office in bandra. But even thou subission of all details i don't recieve my own bills but a bill of the name BICHITRA DAS. I even recieve sms alerts to pay the bills of this person even your email sent to me has his name .
I kindly request you to sort out this confusion as it is causing lot of trouble and any attempt of correction done on our behalf has yet not been considered by your authorities. I kindly request you to look into this matter and humbly approach you to provide a feasible solution.
