With reference to my application form No.SG/315582/1516 with prospect No. MKTRE006 regarding providing new gas connection at flat No.1401, floor-14, wing-c, building name hard rock C, Society name hard ROCK CHSL, Big bazar lane, sector-7 Kharghar. I have deposited Rs 6250/ through Cheque No. 335630 ICICI bank dated[protected] .
