At the time of installation person demand 300rs. when i asked him reason. they said to change nozzle lpg to cng .when i confirm from mngl manager. It is necessary to change nozzle .then i agree to change it and allow him to come next day .If it is official then why he don, t give receipt. Jun 2, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved contractor supervisor said, problem (flame can not be expand) can not solved by him means flame of that burner can not expand he told me, he returned me 300 rs. ok my problem resolved . For converting the gas stove from LPG to PNG servicing needs to be done for automatic gas stoves. customer is willing to get the same done on their own personal accord and does not want MNGL technicians to address the same. Hence refunded the money.

In the internet bill the meter no against my name is shown as [protected].
My correct meter no is 13334887 and the current reading as of 12th Dec is 39.
Request you to correct the meter no in the bill at the earliest.
