I am not getting bills since the connections is taken. Its been almost 3-4 months. Connected with customer care and shared the lastest meter reading snapshot but not getting any response. I need the bill urgently. I have dropped multiples mails to [protected]@mngl.in but not getting any response. Service is pathetic. Can you please help me to get the bills. When i am trying using bp no in online sites its showing record not found. Below is BPno. 50075316

Haven't received any bill till date for BP no 50227831. When tried to pay online it says record not found. I sent 2-3 mails but no response and spoke to mngl customer care, no one is responding and picking call, customer care pathetic..
