While trying to pay bill using my debit card on line, website (www.mngl.in) took me to the page of "bill desk". It sought "customer account no." this number is not mentioned on the bill. When i filled in my bp number in the field i was repeatedly asked to fill in "customer account no." it provided illustration giving a 12 digit number. My bp number has only eight digits. I could not locate my folder in which i have filed papers related to mngl gas connection. Therefore, i spoke to customer care. The personnel who interacted with me insisted that i should fill in the bp number. I explained my difficulty and requested that using my name and bp number they might kindly supply me with my "customer account no." the advise that i should fill in bp number was repeated. I said that the site repeated instruction on filling in "customer account no." this kind of conversation went on, me and the other side repeating same words parrot like, except for my pleading for some kindness and understanding. After some time the other side disconnected. (I have made payment accessing "billdesk", successfully last three years). Can this be looked into and can i receive assistance in this matter, please? A.
