I had applied for gas connection last year march 2018 my (B. P no is[protected] till date meter is not installed. Many times i logged a complaint for the same but no response they just saying we log the complaint and forward to team they will call you, but till date non of the persons called. Then again after few months i contacted to chinchwad branch they also did the same thing after some month one person called for meter installation, then he came but denied to install because gas is not running. I told him that at the time of road construction pipe is disconnected but after that they didn't joint it. Again i called for call center to joining the pipe but till no response. When asking them for the higher authority or area manager contact no they even don't talk properly.
So this type of work is going on by mngl. All hopeless.
Its nearby 1 year 9 months past now many time they need god knows.
This is good harassment of common people and also using our money for free.
I want my money return with interest and compensate which i suffer till date.

      Got a bill with wrong reading. We have taken a new connection in july2019 since then we haven't consumed much gas as we were out of town. So our meter reading comes to be around 2 now, however we have already received two times bill for 9 units and 40 units till october end. Nobody has come to take the meter reading in our house till today. They are putting there fake readings in the bill. Please correct the bill.

        My bp number is 50153423
        I tried to pay bill of rs. 691/- on line on 05.11.2019 at 5.45 am
        However transaction is failed however rs. 691 is deducted from my by bank account.
        Pl. Refund it or provide me receipt.
        Please tell me what to do now?

          Deposit not refunded for 50054601 after cancelation request on 22nd april 2019. We are following up for past more than 5 months.
          We have submited the cancelation request for connection 50054601 on 22nd april in shivajinagar office alongwith necessary documents. Then on 31st may, mngl person closed the connection by visiting home. We still have not received the security deposit. There are not pending dues also for the account. Please look into it sooner & help us further.

          Please send correct bill amount and links for payment. Also please clarify about Rs 100 late fees charged. My all bills are paid before due date.

            Respected sir/ma’am, i’m writing to you with regards to incorrect charges towards my latest bill. First of all, no one came to take the bill reading. I’ve been charged for 61 units. As per the latest bill the current reading date shows as 30/7 however, as of today my meter reading shows just 41 units. This is big fraud and i need your help. Thanks!
            All the time I keep calling to customer care number, no one receives it and some times they receive but i guess they just keep it aside. I keep listening the surrounding talks.

I raised concern over that but they rejected my query and keep on adding Late payment on every month. Even i called customer care number, but most of the time they didn't pick up. Sometime they cut the phone. There response is very rude over phone.

            They don't come for meter reading but generate bill on adhoc basis which is again major issue. No proper history about billing track. They should refer electricity bill system Which is very customer friendly.

            I am looking for help to resolve my query but there is no escalation process to whom i can escalate it. Looks like monopoly.

            I have received a message advising that Rs 305/- bill has been generated and due date is 07.11.2019. I have given through my bank bills to be paid through ECS but no indication from the bank has been received and as per your message due date tomorrow.

              २६ तारखेला सकाळ ६ वाजता बंद झालेला gas पुरवठा दुपारी ३ वाजता सुरू झाला. परत संध्याकाळी ७ ३० ला पुरवठा खंडीत झाला. Mngl ला फोन केला ८ पर्यंत चालू होईल असे सांगितले. ८ ३० ला फोन केला १० पर्यंत येईल असे सांगितले. १० १५ ला फोन केला रात्री १२ पर्यंत येईल असे सांगितले. १२ १० ला फोन केला तर सकाळी येईल असे म्हणतात. नक्की काय चालले आहे? Gas चालू होणारं का नाही? सिंहगड रस्ता विभागातील नागरिकांनी उपाशी रहायचे का? तुमचे connection घेऊन फसले असे वाटते आहे.

                The bill amount for the last 4 months is showing as rs 2586 out of which rs 1000 is for installment plan which was charged in previous bill also. The customer care team informed that there is a refundable security deposit fee of rs 5500 which will be charged in the name of installment plan. Please confirm if this is correct. Why is it not mentioned as non refundable security deposit rather than installment plan? Please confirm urgently.

                  I fill up my car gas at mngl shivaji nagar every timeme. But whenever i visit there i see unofficial people serving at gas station. They always refuses card payment and ask for cash payment only. After cash payment they do not return remaining cash and if we questioned them then they starts arguing.
                  I request mngl corporation to take some serious action against this situation.

                    Please find attached screenshot from mngl customer service center. Since begining there is discripency in billing amont which i do see in my bill and amount which you have in system. Because of this every bill i am getting late payment charges which is not correct. Please credit all late fee charges from your end to my account immediately. This is fraud which mngl is doing.

                    Bill which i do see online is 1098.06 and bill which you are expecting me to pay is 1198/- because if this discrypency in amount i have to pay 100/- for per bill as late bill charges.

                    I have also sent an email may 20, 6:08 pm, and not response till date.

                      While trying to pay bill using my debit card on line, website (www.mngl.in) took me to the page of "bill desk". It sought "customer account no." this number is not mentioned on the bill. When i filled in my bp number in the field i was repeatedly asked to fill in "customer account no." it provided illustration giving a 12 digit number. My bp number has only eight digits....

                        At present, the residence is vacant and there is no consumption of gas. A photograph of the meter reading is periodically sent to no.[protected]. The last one taken on 21st august was sent on 23rd august. The consumption reading is '0'. However, the latest bill shows consumptions of scm 0.063, 4.137, 0.057 and 3.743 for last four periods. Please check and correct the reading as per the sent photograph.
                        BP[protected], we are facing gas leakage issue from copper pipe line.

                          I have applied for MNGL connection in the month of March dated 13 March 2019, till date I have not received connection or any update. I did follow up with customer care but not received any proper response.

                          As per the policy I should get the connection within 90 days but now it is more than 90 days and have not received the connection yet.

                          Do let me know what to do next and to whom I need to escalate this issue.

                            We have initiate connect in march and done all the formalities including payment by mid of march-2019 and started following up with your team to install and start connection but nothing worked out yet.

                            Following up since then and no progress till date are you guys have any intension to install it or your focus is just to keep earning intrest on deposit money and don't provide any services.

                              Billing cycle is not in order to, billing reading not taking in time. When gas rate hike then bill sms send. How i verify which ret charge me if my bill is four months ago. Details not send on email. Twice speak with customer care executive

                                I'm holding bp no: 50131563 and i have issue with my mngl bills that is not correct as per the meter reading.

                                Bp no: 50131563 mngl meter was closed during last months (April - 2019, may -2019, june - 2019) but still got wrong meter reading and payment bills.

                                Please refer to the attachments payment receipts which i already paid but not updated from your side.

                                So requesting you to please do the needful and send me updated bill.

                                  I was making onlinr payment for new mngl gas connection, but the transaction got interrupted. The amount 6550 got deducted from my account. I did not receive any receipt from mngl. I confirmed with my bank the amount is credited to mngl. I have raised this up through email as well. But no reply. This is straight forward fraud. They are not even ready to reply. I am registering complaint here to get a refund of my amount 6550.

                                  If from 1st july-2017, gst is applicable, then why u are charge vat on bill.
                                  I have not received any gas cylinder subsidy from last few months . I have complained for it to the Gas Agency, but my complaint have not been resolved. Please Take a look in this matter and take necessary action in this regard. Also u have requested to send my subsidy for few months. i have linked my aadhar with gas agency and bank account.

                                    I have submitted the application for new mngl connection 6 months back. It's still not installed. Bp no. 50182740. I called up at the customer care number and register the complaint atleast 15 times, but no response. Why this is so pathetic. Why this department take 6 months to install a new meter. This is complete system failure. I sincerely request to help with resolving this request at the earliest.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      MNGL personal has installed pipeline and meter in my house recently.

                                      To do so they have drilled a small hole throgh a glass for which they have taken Rs.300 from my family members in my absence.

                                      I have come to know that MNGL never takes any extra charges for such small work. The person who has done this work has not given me the money back when I asked about this situation.

                                      Please look in to this matter as it downgrades the credibility.
