Dear MNGL Team,
I am (BP No. :[protected] trying to call your customer care number several times since last 2 months, every time some one pics up the call, asks my BP number and keep me on hold and never reply. after 10 mnts holding the call gets automatically disconnected.
I have concern with incorrect billing details, amount and late fees.
the online bill is not correct
It does not show the last paid billing details up to date.
I am not receiving any hard copy of the bills
Every month when I check the online bill it shows different amount than the downloaded bill
I am not able to pay the correct amount because of this mis match and irresponsible communication from MNGL. Still can see the late fees charges applied.
Attached is my last paid transaction copy, online bill and the display when I try to pay the bill
