Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — Incorrect billing - BP No. 50072602

Hi,

After following up for the last one year, I have received the bill from MNGL costing me Rs. 3, 924 from 18.06.2019 to 30.07.2020.

There are arrears of Rs. 2, 965 mentioned in the bill which seems to be a big mistake as I had activated the gas connection in January 2019 It is very unlikely that the total bill from January 2019 to May 2019 will be Rs. 2, 965.

Even the people staying in the flat before I purchased never used MNGL gas which is evident because I had to pay the MNGL deposit charges of 5000 Rs. in Jan 2019, and had verified all the details. Workers from MNGL had installed the meter and pipes at my residence in Jan 2019.

since then, no one from MNGL has visited our house to take a meter reading for 1 year despite multiple reminders via emails from my side. Now they have published the readings on my bill. Therefore, the readings on the bill are miscalculated.

Requesting you to check the information from your end, and send the revised bill at the earliest. Look forward to a quick address of my complaint.
