Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — Name change request online on mngl and their customer care

I have raised a name chnage request on mngl online portal, followed all the steps along with valid proof and paid 250/- as well.My ticket number /application id -NT[protected].

As the name was not changed hence callled the mngl customer care but they were very rude and ill- mannered and even was not able to read the name correctly.

I was shocked to see what kind of staff is Sitting in mngl and what the higher authority is doing?

They just told me it's your mistake and go and do the same process agian .I requested them to let me know is there any process to verify if the form was really incorrectly filled.they just blamed me that it's your mistake and folow the same process agian.

they were not even ready to guide me properly even after requesting them.MY valuable time and money has been wasted and on top of that no assitance from these pathetic staff of the mngl customer service.

KIndly look into this please on priority.
