MNGL installation and Servies very delay and bad performance in our society . we have full paid amount of 6000/- per member and totally paid amount of Rs. 6, 00000 /- in September 2022 but your service is very delay up to. we shall complaint in consumer court ......

Our society decided to go for MNGL connection. We asked the contractor to start work of laying pipeline. Accordingly work started on 10th June 2023. Till date only pipeline laying is done that too unsatisfactory. Pavement blocks which were removed for installation of pipeline has not been laid properly. Contractor not responding. They left work halfway and started work in adjacent building. Many blocks were damaged during handling and workers...

The BP number was alloted last year on Jun. 17, 2022 and we are still waiting for the installation. It is over one year and all followup and complaints have been in vain.

The helpdesk says that there is nothing in there hands except escalation. Each complaint is resolved without any action,...

I have been following up for more than a year for bill not being generated.

The team says that JMR details are not updated, which is pending from their team itself

Around March 25, I put my security deposit in. The burner connect service was supposed to be sent to me by the MNGL in April, but I haven't yet received it. Despite the fact that the meter is already installed, I need someone to connect it to my cooker, so I've been pursuing them for the past 75 days, but nothing has changed. I've contacted them many times and written to them on the support maiI ID, but nothing ever changes....

We had applied for piped gas in the month of October 2022, they started the work in November 2022 but till date the final installation is not done.
Our Whole Society Installation is pending.

Dear Sir/Madam

My landlord had applied for new gas connection on 02/Jan/2023. Payment done was successful but have not received any update after that

If the payment was successful then why no progress on this issue even after 5 months.

I have raised the complaint thru their email ID but no resolution since 2 months.

Either MNGL should refund money with interest or provide connection...

Applied for connection last year June 2022 and Installation still Pending. Third party contractor hired by MNGL unwilling and not interested to do the installation .

I made a request for cancellation of BP 50067896 on Apr. 3 by filling out Disconnection form, cancelled cheque and cover ltr. Since then I have followed up several times reg cancellation without +ve response. I even raised a complaint referenced above, still no +ve revert. Since covid started, I am not residing at my flat in Pune and that is closed, still I am getting average bill which has gone to RS.9325. My copper is damaged since one month and complaint has already been registered in emergency helpline number however the issue is not yet resolved and my bill is high even though not using due leakage. Every day I am calling to emergency number however no one has come to replace the copper pipe. Every day they are saying we are looking into it. And today they told me to wait again for 20th March. We has applied for new piped gas in November 2022 but till date the installation is incomplete. They only laid the pipeline but never completed the installation...

We suddenly received high bill last month and I have raised a dispute for the same. Technician arrived at my place and found leakage in the gas. They fix the issue however when we asked abt reversal of the bill they clearly inform it is customer responsibility for any leakage and no reversal. Is it fair. I would be raising this to consumer court or if possible will raise in social media...

I have applied for gas connection. After allocating BP no and encashing cheque in September 2022, installation is not completed.
Installing team came but didn’t install as pipe was short by 10 inches. After that no team has come to install.
I have complained to MNGL call centre and...

I have paid a cheque of Rs.6000 for MNGL Gas pipeline and they said that installation shall be withing 3 months of the work, the gas line has already been installed in buildings beside our's but we are deprived of any services.
Many of people in our society has already paid in advance but Gas services are not been provided to anybody.
Just from the perspective of a company if any customer does not pays the regular billing amount...

This is my 3rd reminder since November and still my complaint has not been resolved .

Please advise what further action needs to be taken by us to enable you to get our MNGL connection like so many other members in our society.
