Receive Bill when Not In Use.

This is to bring to your notice that I have received MNGL bill number [protected] for BP No 50157031 for the amount of INR 5870/- which is Absurd.
I have not yet had my Meter operational from the very start also the flat is not used by Us and even don't have a gas burner in it. So how come you have sent me this bill..
Please get it rectified So as not to create any confusion later.
Awaiting for a speedy resolution to...

Wrong amount of Bill

Hi Team,

Below are my MNGL details.
BP number[protected]
Meter readings[protected]
I shared this information with MNGL customer support for more than 6 times with Photos attached but they still send bill of Rs 5282
which is not true as nobody stays at that place and reading is also 00000012.
I called the MNGL support desk for more than 10 times and always i get answer the bill will get revise...

Incorrect billing - BP No. 50072602

Address: Pune

Hi,

After following up for the last one year, I have received the bill from MNGL costing me Rs. 3, 924 from 18.06.2019 to 30.07.2020.

There are arrears of Rs. 2, 965 mentioned in the bill which seems to be a big mistake as I had activated the gas connection in January 2019 It is very unlikely that the total bill from January 2019 to May 2019 will be Rs. 2, 965.

Even the people staying in the flat...

Online provision for KYC

The people coming for taking important information of Adhar card and light bill are not allowing to take photo of their identity card saying that it can be misused but they are taking our important information
This is not fair.We dont know who they are

Unauthorized charges ,Unavailability of Customer Care and non-confirmation of payment - Resulting in harassment and stress

We have taken the MNGL supply of domestic gas for residential purposes ( BP Number[protected] and have been paying our bills regularly and in time . But, MNGL has been charging Rs. 100.00 as late fee in every bill and are not providing any explanation when it is taken up or explanations which are not convincing anf lack clarity and details ( Mails and Bills Attached )..

May-2020 bill payment is done. As mentioned billing is done till unit 36.

waive off non usage charges

Mngl connection is not connected to our stove. Still we have charged with non usage charges.
Now we liked to take the mngl connection but they say first you have to sent mail to waive off non usage charges only then they can provide the connection.
From past 4 months we have sent several mails to [protected]@mngl.in. They don't even read the mail and send us standard reply. When we call customer care they ask us to send email...

arrears in first bill without explicit authorizations

We were told at the time of installation that there is no cost to us so we gave our aadhar cards

I have paid money twice for a bill

I have paid money twice for a bill. The money has been debited from my account but not been added into the credit. The amount that I paid is 2972. I have been calling the customer care number since last two weeks but no response!!! They are just simply saying that even though you have paid extra money, there's no need to worry as it will be added and stored into the credit and will be used for the next payment. Then, my money should be credited...

Hello sir i had taken mngl connection in january 2018. Now i have received a message for paying bill online from mngl and the website has been given in that message and the customer number is also given in that message. So i was trying to pay mngl bill online. While trying to pay bill it was asking me for bp number so where i will get that bp number.

wrong reading in bill

Got a bill with wrong reading. We have taken a new connection in may 2017. Since then we haven't consumed much gas as we were out of town. So our meter reading comes to be around 30 now, however we have already received bill for 56 units till august end. Nobody has come to take the meter reading in our house till today. At the time of installation demand 300 rs

At the time of installation person demand 300rs. when i asked him reason. they said to change nozzle lpg to cng .when i confirm from mngl manager. It is necessary to change nozzle .then i agree to change it and allow him to come next day .If it is official then why he don, t give receipt. I want receipt and scrap material and old nozzle.and details of charges....

B.P. NO. 50398921, BILL NO.[protected] date 29.04.2025. Connection is not used no any kind of pipes are connected to the main line with our burner. We are using our own cylinder from the date of living there. we just got the connection in emergency along with whole society. but never used. bill is wrong and countable in fraud case. Request to cancel the bill and visit to the meter connection location For further physical verification.
