Address: A8 Ganesh Park Society opp Govind Garden hotel Pimple Saudagar Pune

Hi, have made multiple calls, have only got false commitment. I have made payment for connection in June (BP No. 50351918. There is already gas pipeline connection in society. Only flat where I am staying now does not have connection. Kindly send your technician who can come and do connection and fit meter in our house.

    My bp no is50349307 .I have done payment for the gas connection at my residence since May 2023, .I have mailed several times regarding the installation of the connection for which every time I am assured that i will get the connection soon so far 4-5months have passed but i have not got the installation done.please do the needful asap

      I have been pursuing disconnection gas line for many years with MGNL. (MNGL B.P. No.[protected] The disconnection form along with cancelled cheques have been sent multiple times via email. Moreover, the house has been sold and no longer in my possession, which also had been communicated to MGNL multiple times.

      The customer services department has been of no use and do not seem to have the ability to resolve issues. They are only able to send a standard response stating the following sentence every time -- "your concern regarding disconnection has been forwarded to the respective team".

      Despite my multiple requests to disconnect, they also continue to send an outstanding bill. These amounts have been cleared from my end minus the security deposit, which I do not need to pay as i am disconnecting.

      It has been frustrating experience dealing with the customer care organization. Help to resolve and get my gas line disconnected will be much appreciated.

        As per telephonic conversation with your customer care executive, I, Deepali Phansalkar having BP No.50054972 sharing a scan of my bank account statement with you, highlighted in fluorescent colour, which clearly shows payment to MNGL as a security deposit from my Bank of India saving account no.-[protected] of Kothrud Gurjrath Colony Branch.

        Hope this suffices your query about my security deposit amount with you towards BP No.50054972.

          Hi, I had applied for MNGL connection through online portal on 6th June 2023 and received acknowledgement over mail. My application BP no. 50351545 has been now waiting for more than 100 days and no updates are provided to me. Their customer care executives are unable to help except raising an internal ticket.

          Please could you help me get my gas connection installed at the earliest.

            Subject: Urgent Action Required: Gas Connection Installation (B.P. No[protected]

            I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the installation of my gas connection under Booking Payment (B.P.) No 50351735. Despite making the required payment on June 9, 2023, and receiving assurances from MNGL's customer support about initiating the process, I am disheartened to note that no progress has been made till date. Despite my repeated calls and attempts to escalate the matter through social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook, I have not received any concrete action or even an acknowledgment of my concerns. The lack of communication and prolonged delay is deeply concerning, and I urge you to take immediate action to expedite the installation process that I have been eagerly waiting for. Your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution at the earliest will be greatly appreciated.

              Name change request online on mngl and their customer care

              I have raised a name chnage request on mngl online portal, followed all the steps along with valid proof and paid 250/- as well.My ticket number /application id -NT[protected].

              As the name was not changed hence callled the mngl customer care but they were very rude and ill- mannered and even was not able to read the name correctly.

              I was shocked to see what kind of staff is Sitting in mngl and what the higher...

                    Our society decided to go for MNGL connection. We asked the contractor to start work of laying pipeline. Accordingly work started on 10th June 2023. Till date only pipeline laying is done that too unsatisfactory. Pavement blocks which were removed for installation of pipeline has not been laid properly. Contractor not responding. They left work halfway and started work in adjacent building. Many blocks were damaged during handling and workers were just throwing blocks on the floor.

                      The BP number was alloted last year on Jun. 17, 2022 and we are still waiting for the installation. It is over one year and all followup and complaints have been in vain.

                      The helpdesk says that there is nothing in there hands except escalation. Each complaint is resolved without any action, the last one being Complaint # 11146276.

                          Around March 25, I put my security deposit in. The burner connect service was supposed to be sent to me by the MNGL in April, but I haven't yet received it. Despite the fact that the meter is already installed, I need someone to connect it to my cooker, so I've been pursuing them for the past 75 days, but nothing has changed. I've contacted them many times and written to them on the support maiI ID, but nothing ever changes.

                              My landlord had applied for new gas connection on 02/Jan/2023. Payment done was successful but have not received any update after that

                              If the payment was successful then why no progress on this issue even after 5 months.

                              I have raised the complaint thru their email ID but no resolution since 2 months.

                              Either MNGL should refund money with interest or provide connection asap.

                                  I have paid the application fees of Rs. 6550 on 13th November 2022. It's been close to seven months but I have not been provided a connection to my appartment when actually my society already has an MNGL connection to other apartments in the same building. An 'engineer' as they call it visited the site after thousands of begging calls and mails from my side. He asked for additional money in addition to what I paid in application fees to get the installation done. I wasn't convinced earlier but eventually had to kneel down infront of these corrupt officers to get my life going. But ever since then they have ghosted us with no response whatsoever. I am now willing to pay these people any amount of money that they ask for to atleast secure my application fees which they have already looted.
                                  I have called the customer care thousands of times but to no avail. They are pretty useless and shameless to the highest order. I have an active mail chain going on with these people for over three months now where I have been trying to ask them for the date of installation or even the contact number of the person who is going to visit our site for installation but they just give out a message that its being looked into. I have also them to refund my money which they haven't responded to. I am literally begging them on the mails every single day to give me a deadline by when this will be done but they don't respond. I have lost all hopes with these gas mafias looting common people of their hard earned money sitting there enjoying their lives on our tax payers money laughing at us with zero accountability.
