Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — New connection- non gasified

Hello Team,

I have applied for a new non gasified connection for my bunglow. Please find the application number 026787 for reference. But I am still waiting fir any call or response from your side.

I called up customer case where they diverted me to contact near office. So accordingly I visited your Pune regional office at naravir tanaji wadi to check the status of my application.

But again I got disappointed as they also don't have satisfied answer to give. The front end attendent from Pune office asked me to put my concern on email which I am doing it as my final try.

As per office representative suggestion could you please arrange a physical visit to survey the feasibility at my place. It's a big colony which I can assure you that you would get approx 40 connections if it's initiated from me. I am continuously in follow up about my application but still no positive response from anyone. You are my last hope & if you can help me that would be greatly appreciated.
