Maharashtra Natural Gas [MNGL] — Wrong amount of Bill

Hi Team,

Below are my MNGL details.
BP number[protected]
Meter readings[protected]
I shared this information with MNGL customer support for more than 6 times with Photos attached but they still send bill of Rs 5282
which is not true as nobody stays at that place and reading is also 00000012.
I called the MNGL support desk for more than 10 times and always i get answer the bill will get revise in next billing cycle but it doesnt happen.

I am tired of putting complaints and calling their support desk.
I got escalation number and name for MNG.
PFB officer name and number but still no use as nobody picks up that number.
