[Resolved] Maharashtra Natural Gas [Mngl] — wrong reading in bill

Got a bill with wrong reading. We have taken a new connection in may 2017. Since then we haven't consumed much gas as we were out of town. So our meter reading comes to be around 30 now, however we have already received bill for 56 units till august end. Nobody has come to take the meter reading in our house till today. They are putting there fake readings in the bill. Please correct the bill.

MNGL customer care has mailed me as well as called me for the complaint raised. Its resolved within 2 days. New bill has been generated according to correct reading.

Maharashtra Natural Gas [MNGL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
