Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [MSRTC] — all shivshahi bus not halted in chembur maitri park

Address: chembur maitree park st stop, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400088

My father had booked (Reservation) ticket for two, from chembur matitri park to khed via bharna naka, journey date was 26th march 2019,

They both with my 3 year son, had waited from 9:00 pm to night 2:00 am,
St mahamandar timing was given to start the bus from borivali @9:00pm, it will reached at chembur around at 10:30 but no st is halted at chembur,

After 10:00 pm we all have started call to borivali st controller but nobody has answering call, even chembur controller not available at place.

We want our ticket amount return plus time that st mahamandar is wasted along with physical and mental harassment of public. That too was given as penalty according to law.
