Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — amount debited but ticket confirmation not received

Hello,

I have booked e-ticket via atomech (Msrtc booking window) yesterday. I used debit card while booking a ticket. Total amount rs.580/- cut from my bank account.
(Merchant transaction no - [protected])
(Atom transaction no[protected]
(Transaction status - success)
I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor i have received booking confirmation sms.
I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.
I booked the seats for 2nd time and again rs.580/- cut from my account. The same story - i have not received booking confirmation sms and still, the same "seats are showing available" even after my 2nd booking.

I have sent emails to following ids and call the following phone numbers but no response -

Requesting refund for both the transactions.

I have booked 4 no.s e-ticket today on 5th Feb'23 on 12.43 Pm. for Dombivli to Mandangad ( ST name Kalyan to dapoli via mahad timing 22.00 )

I used debit card while booking a ticket. Total amount 1099.70/- cut from my bank account.

I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor i have received booking confirmation sms.

I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, iseat no.s 29, 30, 31 & 32 but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.

Pls refund my booking amount as soon as possible

29th July 2023. I have booked e-ticket from msrtc app 3 and 4 number seat from rabale police station to Rajgurunagar khed(pune) Thane CBS to Narayangaon bus. PayTM payment gateway use to payed for this both ticket. 310 rs amount debited from my HDFC account but ticket is not receive in booking option as well as not receive confirmation message.

I have check to return 3 and 4 number seat booking that both seat are available for booking. please update as soon as possible
