Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — bus not arriving

I had took a semi luxury bus to mahabaleshwar and kept my pickup point as dadar. Bus never arrived at my pickup point even after 1.5 hrs. When i called up the mumbai central station, they said that the bus has alrrady left. I dont know where the bus dissappeared in between. This is the second time it is happening to me with msrtc and this would be my last time as i have never experienced such a worst service in my entire life. Details of my tickets is published below.
