1. I submit that on dated 27.10.2022, I have visited to Pune railway station bus stand for traveling to Mumbai.
2. I submit that I had approached to ticket window of SHIVNERI bus counter for 4 ticket and each ticket was costing Rs. 515/- which is totaling to Rs. 2, 060/-
3. On request of ticketing Clark for payment, I have given my Debit card of Bank of Baroba and she had swiped the same towards payment, thereafter he had informed me that the transaction got failed due to network error and requested me to re-swipe the card for payment.
4. On the request of Clark, I had proceeded the same and within a minute the payment got successfully done and she had issued and allotted me 4 seats in SHIVNERI bus as seat no 33, 34, 35 and 36 from Pune Railway station to Dadar which is expect to leave at 4.30 PM from Pune Railway station bus stand.
5. I submit that we had successfully boarded the bus and when we reached chinchwad bus stand I got message from my bank that the amount of Rs. 2, 060/- were twicely deducted towards the single transaction of Booking. Following are the transaction details:

6. After getting knowledge of the same I had informed to Bus Drivers and the officer at Dadar bus stand and they had suggested me to address the concern at Pune Railway station
Its been more than a week but no one picking the call from Bus stand which was provided on website
local bus stand officer also denied for the entertaining the complaint and asked me to visit pune for this concern.
I am the permanent resident of mumbai and working class people and for filing application and followup i can not travel regularly to pune
I have annexed the copy of ticket and the message received from bank for twicely deducted amount
