MSRTC Bus ticket was booked via online reservation system on 1st January 2024. The ticket amount was successfully paid to the MSRTC and I got the ticket booking message on my cell phone however, the ticket was not booked and it has been queued under the "Failed Ticket" section.
Now, It has been more than 10 days I am following up with the MSRTC but they are not responding. I have checked with the concern bank authority but they said, MSRTC need to initiate the refund since the booking amount was successfully credited to their bank account.
