Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [MSRTC] — i want to know the rules regarding traveling of led tv (32).

Dear sir / madam,
I had been charge by conductor of rs 280 (Twice the ticket fair) to carry led tv (32”) while travelling from kalyan to borli. I want to know the rules regarding traveling of led tv (32”). Also please clear my queries as follows:
1) if i had been charged for led then it to be mentioned on ticket that this ticket is for led tv, instead of ticket of 02 persons.
2) if i asked for the rule, it should be shown by depo manager, (The gm of alibag depo stated that, ”he have not any documents regarding you asking for and all rules are not to be shown as that are on paper only. I saying you as a authorized person that’s mean it is in rule”.)

So i am requesting you please confirmed me the rules regarding carrying of led tv (32”) in the bus and display the rules regarding the customer which are subjected to money matter as notice in bus as well as in the depo and should be available with conductor as it is the rights of the customer.. Also i want to take a necessary firm action on the gm of alibag depo by you against the rash answering.

Note : the rules are not available with the dombivali depo also, he asked me to see with the alibag depo.
