I tried to book a ticket today, May 9, 2023, with the following details:
From - Vanaj (pune)
To - Riotela (Mahad)
Bus: 09:00 Swargate to Vinhere Goan
Seats Number: 3, 4, 5
I have booked an e-ticket via atomech (the MSRTC booking window). I used my UPI ID while booking a ticket. Total amount of Rs. 605/- cut from my bank account.

I checked "my tickets" on the MSRTC web site, but ticket status was not available, and I have not received a booking confirmation SMS.
I checked the "availability of the seats, " which I have booked, but it was showing seats are available on the MSRTC site even after my booking.
Also, the ticket was not available in My Tickets.
I booked the seats for the second time, and again, Rs. 605 was cut from my account. The same story: I have not received booking confirmation SMS, and still, the same "seats are showing available" message appears even after my second booking.
