[Resolved]  Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Msrtc Ticket not Booked/amount debited but ticket confirmation not received

I tried to book ticket today,[protected] Time 14:29:56 with following details

From KHAG (KHARGHAR- PANVEL- RAIGAD
To DPLPST (DAPOLI- PATAN- SATARA)
Bus: 05:30 MUMBAI CENTRAL to DAPOLI via KUMBALE

Seats Number: 5, 4, 13, 18 (window)

I have booked e-ticket via atomech (Msrtc booking window) yesterday. I used debit card while booking a ticket. Total amount rs.1025/- cut from my bank account.

I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor i have received booking confirmation sms.
I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.
Also the ticket was not available in My Tickets.
